I received this #freeproduct as a gift to try before its official launch date and I was very excited because I've generally really enjoyed products that I've tried from Caudalie (and I've owned/currently use several). Unfortunately, this was one of the few things from the brand that I've tried that has disappointed me a bit. To be fair, although I don't wear thick layers of makeup, I DO often wear a "full face" with foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, etc. and I found that even after using both the milk and the toner that I was left with a significant amount of makeup still remaining on my face so I'd still need to finish removing it with another cleanser. Maybe it works more effectively for someone who only wears very light makeup but I wouldn't use it specifically for this purpose for myself. I also just prefer a cleanser that is generally intended to actually fully remove completely by rinsing (because this does leave a residue). I enjoyed the light, creamy texture and the subtle almond scent but that being said, it isn't something that I foresee myself purchasing again.

I started using this because my dermatologist prescribed me benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin and tretinoin for my acne, and those dried out my face so much, so I went to Sephora and asked for a super gentle, moisturizing cleanser and the employee recommended this. It smells really good but also mild, and it reduces redness so much in my face after taking off makeup. It still cleans my face, but also feels like it’s doing the bare minimum (in the best way) to keep my moisture barrier intact with my prescriptions. I’ve already gone through a bottle, and it lasts for quite a while. I used this with the FAB Ultra Repair Cream, and it restored so much moisture into my skin. I’m going to use it with the Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream now (since the FAB is quite heavy for me now), so ... I love this product! It’s non-drying and non-irritating, and leaves my skin feeling soft, supple and ready for the next step in my skin care routing. I have been using this product as part of my cleansing routine (every so often trying other products) but I always come back. It’s great for my dry, sensitive skin. It does not make my skin feel tight or dry after using it, just clean and ready for my next step (toner). It’s one of my HGs.

This is a dreamy, wonderful cleanser that is very nourishing. I have extremely sensitive skin that is prone to break outs, but it's also dry. I've found that harsh products only make my skin WORSE so this is perfect for me. I use a micellar water and make-up removing wash cloth first, then I follow up with this cleanser and my skin feeling so, so soft- no break outs. There is a slight almond scent but it hasn't broken me out or irritated my skin at all. I will repurchase this!!!
This cleanser has a lovely creamy texture and feels soothing on my skin. I use the product as a stand alone cleanse or first cleanse of an evening. It is not so effective with mascara and I prefer to use a separate eye make up remover. The only downside for me is the almond aroma, don't like marzipan to eat and unfortunately this will put me off from repurchasing! That said it does leave my skin feeling moisturised and comfortable.

This cleanser is terrific! I have dry and sensitive skin. One of the few cleansers that doesn’t leave my face feeling so dry after. It’s creamy, smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling so soft.I literally buy multiples and give them out to friends. Other websites keep selling out, so clearly there’s something to this cleanser. I’ll buy a few more when I’m done writing this. :)
I realllyyy wanted to love this product. the almond milk might be sensitive. My skin is not at all sensitive skin type. I can basically throw any new product on my face and i would almost never get a reaction. However, the first time i use this, my eyes sting, my entire face stings. Worse of all, my make up was not removed at all. Foundation was still on my face so dont talk about the eye make up hanging on my face. Disappointing, i returned it within the day
I bought this thinking it was a cleanser; I was slightly disappointed it’s kind of not (I didnt’t read the ‘how to apply’ before purchasing, thinking it’s a normal soap-and-water type cleanser). Anyway, I decided to keep it and was pleasantly surprised. I used it to double-cleanse; one pump each time was enough. I used my hands to apply and water to rinse it off, even though the instructions mention applying/removing with a pad, and I followed with toner and my other usual products. Definitely using a toner afterwards is necessary to remove all residue, but I have to say the product did a good job of removing dirt and sunscreen. I appreciated my skin didn’t feel dry after using it. 400ml is good value, too. Will see how I get on with the rest of the bottle, but so ...
