Caudalie - Vinoclean Cleansing almond Milk 400ml

I love Cleansing milk, especially In colder month when the air is drier. Using gentle cleansing milk helps me maintain my skin's moisture balance. I really love Caudallie's almond cleaning milk. This milky cleanser gently cleanses without stripping or drying my skin. It has Grapeseed oil and sweet almond oil both of which soften the skin and reduce the appearance of redness, leaving my skin supple and bouncy. It's also enriched with oat extracts which immediately alleviates any redness and decongestants any impurities. This cleanser is definitely ideal for anyone with dry or sensitive skin. Caudallie's cleaning milk is so gentle that it may be used on the eyes and every day Highly recommend

Broke me out and left me feeling greesy at the end

Okay firstly I love Caudalie’s products. However this one was a disappointment. It leaves my skin feeling sticky and like you put a layer of grease over it. I think it’s meant for really very dry skin. I also notice that I don’t get the feeling of being refreshed after using this. I always have to wash my face to get this stuff off of my face. If you like the feeling of having micelles water on your face don’t do cream cleanser like this. It’s worse than oil.Also this broke me out. Not once but multiple times. I have given this soo many chances because I didn’t want to waste the money. But I have finally given up on it.I have learned that after a long day of makeup, I want my makeup remover to make me feel light and refreshed. Gentle and thorough

My mature dry facial skin was suffering this winter to the point where it was flaking and dull. I like Caudalie products and decided to try the Almond Cleansing Milk. Within days the flakiness had disappeared and my skin felt smoother and more hydrated. Lines are less obvious, too. After removing my makeup with Tatcha Camellia Oil I use the Almond Milk all over my face and neck, rinse and continue with my regime. The dryness is much better and there have been no adverse reactions to this gentle cleanser. Love it!

The cleanser really left my skin feeling hydrated & clean. Its designed to be used directly onto your dry skin, or you can use a cotton pad, I prefer putting it directly onto my skin & massaging in circular motions, this formula is safe to be swept over your eyes as well. Then rinse off with a cotton pad soaked in water or a toner, preferably Caudalie's vinoclean moisturizing toner. This can be done in the morning & evening. This cleanser & toner combined is the bomb, & does not leave you feeling greasy even though this cleanser has castor oil in its formula & did you know that castor oil helps to fortify & condition your lashes?! Great Gentle Moisturizing Cleanser

I noticed many reviews saying this product doesn't remove makeup. Personally I use it as a cleanser in the morning and at night I mix it with the foaming cleanser they have. I double cleanse at night using a cleansing balm and I've never had issues with makeup being left behind. To me this is even gentler than Cerave moisturizing face wash. When I go too many days without it my skin is screaming for the moisture. For those who want an extremely gentle and moisturizing cleanser, I'd recommend it. For those who want this to be a makeup remover and cleanser, I would not recommend. I rarely repurchase cleansers because I like to try different ones but I've purchased this twice already and hope they never discontinue it due to the conflicting reviews.

My staple cleanser

I have dry, sensitive skin and have always had issues when I stray from my normal basic cleansers/moisturizers. I have been using this cleanser for years and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and silky. It's literally a staple in my routine morning and night. The smell is milk and pleasant and consistency is milky. I've never had any film or residue from this.I am surprised by some of the negative reviews since I seem to have the complete opposite experience. I would not recommend this as purely a make up remover product, it's a cleanser. As part of your routine, you should use a make up remover (I love make-up remover cleansing balms) to get the gunk off, then use this cleanser as a last pass that removes remnants and make up remover residue. Have researched the best skin products & almond oil is up there. I use the oil from caudalie but it’s not almond oil so wanted to try a make up remover that was almond based. Firstly purchased the smaller version direct off site and loved it so came onto trusted LF to purchase the bigger size. This cleanser removes make up easily but leaves skin so hydrated not stripped and the almond oil works wonders to hydrate the skin. Recommend this over any water or other remover. You pump a couple of pumps onto a cotton wool pad wipe off make up and voila fresh skin. I then use the caudalie toner after then obviously follow with serum then moisturise. Turn pump cap to lock/unlock. Scent is tad overwhelming

I started using last evening, and I took a while to figure out the turn cap on the pump. it's turn one way to lock , other way to unlock. so I have to double check by pressing down the pump to make sure it's closed.after using. on first apply, the scent hits quite strongly. not the usual. facial or skin care products scent..maybe it's like this for unscented..I will take a while to get use to it.for the texture, it feels rich. so one pump is for both eyes, and one more pump for for the rest of my face. works for me like this.skin feels clean afterwards and I straightway follow with toner.

Would not buy or recommend

This was the first Caudalie product I purchased as per a suggestion from an employee at Sephora, she was sweet, but the product was not useful/effective for me at all. I have normal skin. It neither takes off my makeup well at all, nor cleans/washes my makeup free face properly. I highly recommend not purchasing this product especially on its own - I’m not sure if it works well with other products, but I’m certain you don’t need this cleanser even with any other product - you can just get another face wash/cleanser and use that on its own. This almond milk cleanser leaves my face greasy even after 2/3 washes - and even then, I have to use another face wash of another brand to get my face cleaned up. I am not sure about the purpose of this product.
