Caudalie Vinoclean Makeup Removing Cleansing Oil - 150ml

I use this cleansing oil whenever I have stubborn makeup on especially eye makeup. first of all, it is supposed to make your lashes longer. I can attest that my lashes have been healthier since using this (however, I have backed off of mascara). I also love that it is extremely gentle but NOT difficult to wash off. I've dealt with cleansing oils before (super expensive one in mind!) that legit would not budge! With this Caudalie Cleansing Oil, I'm able to just use my hands and warm water to remove (unlike another brand's where I had to scrub off with a face towel--I don't need all that extra exfoliation bc I basically have sensitive skin and use retina for acne). This cleansing oil is a decent oil. It gets the job done. I trust that it’s going to remove any make up I have on, including waterproof mascara. I will use about 3-4 pumps of this to make sure I have enough for my face, eyes, and neck. I have had this for several months and have not run out yet (I wear makeup roughly once or twice a week). I have noticed that it can sting my eyes if it gets into them, but it passes quickly and doesn’t cause blurry vision like other oils and balms can do. The pump is good and I am not struggling with the packaging when my hands might be oily and I can’t see because I’m mid-cleanse. This is a big deal for me when it comes to oils and balms. I heard and read good things about this cleansing oil so I was super excited to purchase and try it myself. Unfortunately this product didn't live up to what it ought to do, which is clean off my makeup. You'll see in the photo evidence that I used a makeup wipe after having used two pumps of oil to "cleanse" my face and after using water and towel drying my face, the makeup wipe took off what the cleanser had apparently left behind. I've used this cleansing oil many times before, typically before jumping in the shower to really clean off the day, so hadn't noticed before that the oil itself wasn't enough to clean all my makeup. Amazing Product

I was looking for a cleansing oil for the last two weeks or so and was going back and forth between the DamDam, Peach & Lilly, or another brand entirely. I already use Caudalie products in my routine and was so excited to find out they make a cleansing oil when I was browsing in store. There was no question about it, I grabbed one quicker than I’ve ever grabbed any product off of a shelf in my entire life. Tried today after work, makeup came off effortlessly using two pumps. Gave my face a nice oil cleansing massage for about five minutes and this thing had black heads coming off onto my fingers!! Felt luxurious, was easy to use, and there was no noticeable smell. I always wear full-coverage makeup so I need something that is going to help me take all of the makeup off and this cleansing oil does it so well. You don't need to use a lot. I put some on my hands and add a drop of water to it and massage it over my face, neck and even my eyes to break up the makeup. After I do that, I use my normal facial cleanser to clean my skin. Caudalie Cleansing oil

I've been using this cleansing oil as part of the double cleanse routine in the evening for the past three months. My skin is combo type. This is a very good oil. Cleanses well. Does not iritate my eyes. It has a faint smell of almond oil which I like. Two pumps is more than enough for the entire face. I use it to clean my face with the pmd cleansing device. My skin is soft and smooth after this. Very good product and does everything that is intended to do.

Get it and ditch your miscellar water asap!!

I looooove this oil !! Makes your skin so soft! I don't understand the reviews about a bad smell, it's a really nice and subtle almond scent. Make sure you double cleanse when using this. The best way to use it is to rub it on your dry face to remove your makeup or sunscreen (massage for a good minute or two) then remove everything with a damp facecloth instead of splashing water with your hands, you will get much better results. It's also very gentle on the eyes, doesnt burn or give blurry vision compared to other scented oil cleaser I tried. It's a bit thick if compared to an oil like clarins, but I find it easier to massage instead of being runny. Give it a go you wont be disappointed!! and no it wont break you out!

Lovely oil cleanser that smells faintly of mazarin

What a lovely cleansing oil! Incredibly underrated, why isn't this one talked about more? Lovely semi-thick texture that emulsifies easily when in contact with water. I always wash in two steps, with a mousse cleanser, but with this, you can be satisfied with one step. I think it cleans well and doesn't leave an oily film. The skin still feels balanced and not at all dehydrated. Was a little concerned that this contained perfume. But the scent is faint of bitter almond. So if you dislike mazarines, you might be bothered. 😅 But I love it! It's decent too, two pumps are enough for my face. So happy to have found an oil cleanser at a good price range that isn't runny, stings the eyes, is heavily perfumed, or washes off poorly. I've repurchased this product multiple times because I know it works for me as part of my double cleanse. However, I wouldn't say it's life changing- I'm sure there are cheaper products on the market that are just as effective. But I like it:)The one star removed is for price, but it's not too bad compared to other caudalie products and lasts a while!I massage it into my skin, rinse, then follow up with a regular cleanser. I think of this product as more of a makeup/spf remover rather than a cleanser. I don't wear heavy face makeup often but I do use a tinted sunscreen everyday. It's totally safe to massage into the eye area as you're removing makeup! I prefer it over makeup-removing balms I have tried (drunk elephant, zero brand), but maybe it's a texture thing. heavy oil but good for cleansing

I've almost finished the bottle after over seven months. If I wore makeup every day, it would be shorter. It is a heavy and very thick oil cleanser. You would feel it really greasy at first and then change your mind when you wash it off. It cleanses the makeup so well, but I recommend using a separate eye makeup cleanser if you use waterproof eyeliners. It would work better on dry or combination skin types. I did not mind the scent, which is not that strong at all. Someone who is sensitive to it might not like it, I think.
