Excellent Tap, looks very nice, the swivel action is smooth, the tap handle is equally smooth, and the shower nozzle is a tight spray, the button to change from spray to normal is easy to push, unlike a similar tap that it replaced where I had to push the button hard.The fitting to fix the tap to the sink was 4 times stronger than the one on the tap it replaced, and also had an extra screw "3" vs "2" on the old tap to hold it in place.

Did not like the sparse instructions for installation given there were several models covered and it was not immediately obvious which one was mine.Have installed in our kitchen and we love the interior hose for rinsing and the spray option.
We bought two taps, one for the kitchen and one for the laundry, and the combined cost for the two was less than the cost for any ONE tap we've seen advertised in homeware, hardware or specialty plumbing supplies shops. They were simple to install. We've been using our new taps for about a week and we're very happy with them.
I love this tap! It matches my black Cefito sink perfectly. It is high quality without the high price tag. I would highly recommend this tap.
A real step up from the old faucet and best of all there is no more splash from the sink with the fine spray option while doing the dishes and rinsing. No more clanking and breaking dishes due to the faucet being higher and nothing in way of dish movement. Awesome and love doing the dishes again. Simple fix for a tricky problem.
Tap has beautiful chrome finish and easy to install. You need a good amount of space undersink for the hose to move as the weight is heavy and if the hose gets stuck, will cause water pressure to decrease. Also, I just find that it if you mount the tap properly & secured, moving it left & right is a bit tight (doesn't feel like a 'flowy'/'smooth').
This is an awesome product. Quality, looks, finish, sturdiness and most of all soooo easy to install even for a first time DIY person.My boss saw the pic and ordered one himself and was equally impressed.Very reasonable price and good warranty too boot.Will surely recommend this product.
The mechanism to mount the mixer to the sink is an excellent idea. The button to change the flow of water is a little bit flimsy, we will watch to see how long it will last. From my experience of other mixer, the rubber always get hardened and fall off after about 1 year of using. It's would be better to use metal knob, I think it will last longer and the overall look of the mixer is much better
