Overall pretty cool. I’m a beginner so first time using a telescope tonight. The app is awesome and makes the whole experience really immersive. However, the fine tuning of the lens can be a little tricky and takes a bit of time. Make sure your phone is compatible with the app (ask me how I know). Definitely check out the moon, so cool too look at.

Pros: Great telescope very easy to put together and use . The starsense app is a great addition for the telescope I've used a telescope before but I could never find anything apart from the planets , the app is spot on for for finding clusters , galaxies and nebulies. Its very beginner friendly with step by step guild , once you have aligned the telescope with any object your up and running . The eyepieces are good quality and telescope was already in good collimation so that was a bonus too .Cons: Only bad point would be better with 2 slow control arms but it's still easy to use with just the 1

I’m a returning enthusiast, been a good number of years since I used a scope so I wanted something relatively easy to use but with the ability to give me decent use. The 127 doesn’t disappoint, it’s a wee bit fiddly to setup and align, viewfinder and then phone app but once it’s done, it’s a breeze to use. The app keeps you right with alignment, saves a lot of up and down with the viewfinder and guessing to get close to what you want to view. The app night function is handy, saves being blinded by a bright phone screen. All in, really happy with this purchase.
Pros: Easy to use love the app all round great telescope
Followed instructions to a ‘T’ yet couldn’t even see/find the red laser to set up alignment. Can’t even find Mars even though it is out my back door.More tinkering and experience required
Pros: The sizeCons: The stand
Pros: So easy to set up
Great learning experience with the software and still feel you are manually doing something. Scope is great, however the tripod that comes with it is terrible and leads to some frustration. So much wobble its hard to get alignment and focus right . Be prepared to splash some cash for a decent tripod. Thankfully I have a heavy duty camera tripod that I can fix the mount to.Have spent some extra money on wide angle eyepieces too which has made a huge difference.
Pros: My son loved his Christmas present and looks forward to using it more often as the weather improves (it's used in a cold conservatory)Cons: We did have to align it as the factory setting was totally out. We found a YouTube video in the end that helped but it sort of ruined the excitement over the holidays while we tried different things each day and then having to wait for clear nights.
