Great sturdy barbell that accepts 'standard' weight plates (25-30cm holes) and can easily take 35kg -40kg on each side for deadlifts, very pleased with them for iso home workouts. The barbell itself weighs around 6kg-7kg by rough estimates.

Waited a bit for some to come into stock due to COVID but not Rebel Sport's fault by any means. Great sturdy barbell that accepts 'standard' weight plates (25-30cm holes) and can easily take 35kg -40kg on each side for deadlifts, very pleased with them for iso home workouts. The barbell itself weighs around 6kg-7kg by rough estimates.
Long bar. Can handle quite an amount past its weight rating (wouldnt recommend though) durable. Has done the job.
For the price it’s pretty good. It’s no Olympic bar but for a small little home gym it does the trick. I’m just super careful loading and unloading so the bar doesn’t flip. Feels a bit flimsy but holds up great! Would recommend for home gym! Saved me during lockdown for my heavier squats and deadlifts!!
It does the job and great for beginners set. It is a bit flimsy and thinner than the ones at the gym. There was a time where it dropped because of an imbalanced weight (user error) and the end but did bend. That said, still was good to use.
Very happy with this bar. It's solid, weighty on it's own and performs exactly as I thought it would! It is the perfect upgrade to the cheap flimsy bar I was using!
This barbell is fine for starting out, but it does have some drawbacks which you will notice after several weeks of training. Firstly, the bar itself is very light (7kg) which means you need several weight plates if you want to squat or deadlift with it, which starts to add up in terms of cost. Second, it only *just* fits within a standard rack, which means you have to be careful when racking and unracking the bar. Its ok for a beginner, but if you think you will be doing barbell training consistently, I would recommend upgrading to an olympic bar.
Strong and high quality barbell. I used a different brand previously that developed a permanent bend when only 70kg of weights were used. Highly recommend this one.
Very happy, I bought this barbell for my dad. He is 80 years old and wanted the barbell to try and regain some muscle strength and he has said it is exactly what he was after. We are very happy with our purchase.
Bought this bar out of desperation because all other suppliers are out of stock plus I wasn’t willing to pay the price of gold for a rusted second hand one. This bar is of extremely cheap quality and I don't recommend it unless there is no other choice. The ends where you load the weight on are not straight with the middle of the bar, which makes the bar appear bent/warped. The knurling was so coarse that It felt like sandpaper. I had to sand it to prevent it cutting into my hands. So far I’ve squatted/deadlifted with 120kg on it and it hasn't bent. I haven’t got any more weight to go heavier but it should handle 140-150kg as long as you don’t drop it. Also the chrome finish is poorly done.
