Good beginner set-up, a little tricky to assemble singlehandedly, but it does the job. The bench itself is a little narrow - but as you're trying to only have bulk where it matters, that shouldn't bother you, right? Great when paired with the 20kgs or 50kgs weights set, guaranteed having you bulking up and trimming down in no-time! Purchased at Rebel Sports with a membership discount - best price in town!

What you've got to understand is that Celsius is a Rebel brand. So I assume this is their first attempt at weight benches. The above alone tells you all you need to know.In particular, what I was struck with was the following:1) Your legs won't reach the floor unless you're tall (like 190cm).2) There's a pointless Leg Developer attachment added to the bench (which you use to rest your feet because they can't reach the floor)3) Racks are a bit too close to each other. So it means you can't go for a wider grip. All in all, not bad for a first attempt but the above design decision just plain don't make sense. It's as though it was designed by someone who hasn't been to a gym in their life.

Pros- Sturdy bench, easy to put together and the bench does have fairly well incline and decline angle.Cons- There are definitely some flaws in the design such as The bar holders are too narrow forcing you to literally crush your hands or do a narrow grip bench press. The leg extension is wobbly and foam is not great quality as well. Bench is too high as well so most of the people can’t touch their feet to the ground. Even the bench doesn’t go in 90degree angle so you cant do any dumbbell press exercises etc.Bottom line- It gets the job done for its price i.e. $300 including delivery (even though the delivery took 15 days) but Celsius definitely needs to work on the design.

Goes alright. A bit sketchy and falls apart.

I got it for $200. For the price it's decent, but it does have a lot of issues. It's way too narrow for pretty much anyone to bench correctly on, and I've pinched my hands many times trying to rerack a barbell. The feet will all rip off eventually leaving the bare metal of the feet touching your floor. The leg developer attachment plugs all wear and break quickly which forces you to reattach the pads multiple times per set.You can actually this as an squat rack if you have enough of a disregard for your own safety. I've managed to use this as a quarantine squat rack for about 6 weeks lifting reasonably heavy and even though I fear for my life every time I rerack a heavy weight it still hasn't broken on me.Overall a decent bench. Good bench, but could have been designed better

+Easy to assemble+Good quality for the price+Compact+Good customer support when I had issues-The bench is too high, I’m 5’11 and my feet don’t touch the ground-The barbell holders are too close, I’d rather an extra 5cm each side, even if it makes it larger.-One part arrived bent, metal had scratches on itOnly tweak is I’d love to see more ad ons.

Solid sturdy bench, very good for price point. A great setup for female home gym. I put it together in about 3 hrs. Instructions were ok. It helped that I don't mind assembling stuff. Foam rollers very comfortable. Would suggest tall people review larger setups. I would recommend this to people looking for first home gym.

Not functional

The structure is well built and over all does what it is supposed to do but there are major issues for me. Before I begin it is important to know my height 172cm. When lying flat on the bench it is impossible to plant the feet on the ground making flat bench press impossible. To solve this I have had to improvise and pit a small platform underneath. As we all know bench press is as much as the legs as well as the chest. The width of the support bars holding the bar is too narrow. Again impossible to get a wide grip to get a nice stretch on the chest when at the bottom of the press. Not to mention the bar constantly catching the edge of the hand when place the bar back into the support position. It is a case of try before you buy.

- Terrible- The gap in the bench for adjustability is in the worst spot right where glutes should sit- Forks to hold bar and in the worst spot and are right where your hands should sit- All of the plastic caps to cover up the metal parts came off within a month and slide off and around whenever you use the bench, this is especially present on the lat pulldown- The lat pulldown accessory sucks, it isn't tall enough and the wrap covering the cable tore off after a month- The leg extension is the worst leg extension i've ever used, it's height is wrong and can't be used properly

Feels good and sturdy, in all positions. Was easy to construct and padding seems quality. It is higher than expected so I can’t put my feet on the floor so all exercises have to be modified, this also makes picking weight from the floor a risk for injury when working out alone. The bar grips are narrow and with the lock device bolted inside the can also cause flesh injury so be careful. It’s a good interim bench in a time without gyms

terrible design
7 October 2021

I am 100% sure the person who designed this has never used a bench press in their life. The stands are way way way too close together to use a proper grip, you are stuck with a tiny grip when using this bench. The actual seat itself is not even level and is way too high off the ground. If you really want to do bench press go to a gym instead or spend some more money to actually get a normal one. This is such a disappointment and waste of money.
