I use this mat to adjust my balance in conjunction with my physiotherapist; it is excellent for this procedure and doubtless for others. It rolls up neatly and is easily stored when not in use.

I exercise everday, i do core work daily an have tiles. I use to only use a yoga mat an i was restricted to movement due to the surface. I as well am a mother an every now an then i get a pinch in my spine from the epidural i had from giving birth. With this mat i no longer need extra support under parts of my back, dont feel any pain in my back an i dont have any restrictions. The thickness is perfect.. love it..xxxxxx

I use this mat to complement a thin ultra-grippy mat I already use. This mat is particularly good for exercises where you are on your back or knees. It doesn't have as much grip on the floor as my other mat, but that was expected. There is a trade off between think and cushioned (with more slip) and thin and grippy.Some reviewers have said that it doesn't lay flat. When I got it I unrolled it, rolled it back the opposite way and left it rolled up for a few days. When next unrolled it, it pretty much laid flat from from then onwards.
It's a comfortable mat, nice and thick. However it has two problems:1. It is supposed to be curled up and held together by a fabric band, but after unfurling it, the mat remains curled in the direction you had it. This makes it hard to keep it flat. Yoga mats, for example, don't suffer from this.2. It has no grip, so the mat slides around easily on a tile floor. This is fine most of the time, but not great if you're doing a dynamic exercise like clapping push ups. Not sure if this is an issue on rougher floors.
I bought this because my old mat was hard to work out on and hurt my joints - it’s nice and thick and rolls up easily for storage. It’s also resilient and bounces back - your imprint doesn’t squash it thin in places like what happens with so many other Mats. Would definitely recommend.
Do not waste your money and time. If you are planning on doing a proper workout, using this mat will not be the best idea. The mat is super slippery and does not even stay flat on the floor, the corners are always poking up in the shape they were rolled. Also, I used it for like 15 mins and it already has stretch marks at the bottom. How is that even possible?Might be ok for stretching as it is thick enough, but not if you will sweat.
My Celsius Deluxe Fitness Mat is so soft and comfortable. I used to exercise on the carpet or on the floor but now I look forward to exercising on the mat. It is also good that you can roll it up and stack it away. Great product Rebel
Good thick mat. Does the job of not being able to feel the floor. Overall satisfied with the purchase. Ideal for crunches and exercises where you lay on your back.
Been using this as a workout matt for at-home workouts in lockdown. Was weighing up between getting a thin yoga matt or a thicker one - glad I went for this one. Perfect for ab workouts as it cushions it against the hard ground. It took a few uses to begin laying flat - as rolling it up tightly causes the ends to bend.
