I suffer from plantar fasciitis and when I found this by chance at Rebel, I jumped on it. I love how the edges and spikes allow you to roll out the really tight areas of the fascia. I had been using a frozen water bottle, but it really didn't let me get into the painful areas. This freezable roller is a game changer! I showed my sports osteo and he that was a very neat little invention and he will be recommending it to his patients instead of the old frozen Mt Franklin water bottle trick!

Really helped roll out the knots in my feet from running to much! Really gets in there!
Been excellent on my foot as it also can be put in the freezer so I get the ice benefit of it as well as the massaging affect
Helps to stretch plantar. Easy to use. Not sure about chill function, makes little difference
