Honest review.The coating of the plates chip easily and flake off.The coating of the plates have sharp bits from being unevenly applied and will poke your fleshy fingers.The Spring collars are steady and I feel safe with 30kg over my head.The handles actually have brushings and will rotate like a barbell <- best part.One of the sleeves on my handles have some imperfection in the steel, i will add a picture of this.

Excellent quality. I find it quick to adjust the weights in between exercises when I’m resting anyway so no time lost. Tip: Stand the dumbbell on its end to ensure the weight plate isn’t loose before fastening. Just be aware the dumbbells are very long (they don’t need to be that long) but at least there is ample scope to buy additional plates. Be sure to buy 2 sets if you want 2 dumbbells.

Good solid dumbbells. I haven’t weighed them but they feel like the stated weight. The grip on the bar is nice, not so rough that it tears up your hands but enough that they don’t slide around. Changing the plates is pretty quick and easy with the spin on ends, and there’s no chance of the weights falling off. I bought two of them for a small home gym setup.

Perfect for someone who wants to start getting into strength and conditioning. Good reliable quality, very durable. The bar and collars are prone to rust however, but expected for the price.
Great value for money. Sleeves are a good length for additional weight. Knurl on handle is decent enough, agressive for dumbbells. Spin in sleeves is abit stiff (not a huge issue for general use). Spring collars are fine for provided weight however i’d highly recommend buying stronger collars for overhead work or more weight. Plates are fine, iron is iron, not to thick doesn’t hog barbell realestate, a couple of excess weld burs and factory lines, nothing to get upset with considering price. Wouldn’t recommend dropping weight from overhead. Perfect for most home gym settings. Would recommend overall.
These dumbbells are sturdy and well made.Better yet- the plates are interchangeable with my existing EZ bar providing lots of options.I was initially going to buy the heavier dumbbells (20kg) but these have olympic ends and would not have worked quite as well.I have since bought 5kg Celsius plates which also fit these dumbbell bars.
A while back I decided that I wanted to add to my exercise program something to increase upper body strength. A bit of research led me to dumbells, I was surprised to find that these are actually sufficient for a full body workout. This adjustable dumbell allows different weights for different exercises, it only takes a few seconds to change a weight, as well as to advance to 10kg without having several different items taking up space. Then when I get to 10kg next year, I might add 5kg weights and incrementally advance to 20kg.
Quality dumbbells. Proper iron and easy to adjust. The only slight problem is that the bars are pretty wide so you have to adjust some lifts so that they dont clash. E.g for DB bench press you need a vertical grip instead of the standard horizontal grip. Easy to work around but worth mentioning.
Got these on sale at the start of the year, work great for dumbells movements. I did get some lockjaw collars as the spring clips kept catching my pant pockets. Also I find it easier to put the 5kg plate on the outside when loading it up so that it easier to put on the legs for pressing movements
Pretty decent set of dumbbells. Sturdy. Solid. Knurling is grippy. Plenty of room to add additional weight. Great finish. Does what it needs to do. Very happy with them
