They are great for protecting your forearms from getting sore. The adjustable straps are great for adjusting the tension for any arm exercise.

I’ve used several different straps in the past and these are by far the best I’ve tried. I have small wrists and these adjust to fit me (and fit my husbands thicker wrists). Already seeing gains with my deadlifts as grip is no longer an issue. Highly recommend.

Decided to grab these because my hands/forearms tend to let me down on back day. They definetly help. Only complaint would be that they are slightly on the bulky side.
Comfortable and adjustable to any wrist size. Helps reduce strain on wrist/forearm, notable reduction after heavy workouts. Makes wrists quite sweaty unsurprisingly but easily washed.
Good lifting cuffs for heavy weights, help with gripping weight and provide a little wrist support. Would be five stars if the wrist support was bit more substantial.
Does exactly what i needed them to do. Extra support for an arm that needs a shoulder replacement..much weaker in my grip than the other.
