I have had carpal tunnel surgery recently and my grip strength has been pretty poor. I was recommended to get a stress ball but this seemed like an even better option.It's very useful to gauge the difference in grip strength between my hands, for sure, and I feel like this is my first step on getting my post-op hand stronger. The material feels nice to hold and it's well made.
