This Celsius Therapy’s ball was a really good purchase. I chose this gadget because i was under a price limit of $10. This therapy ball fitted the criteria perfectly and held its ground against other, bigger more expensive ones. It is easy to use and highly portable. It is a really good purchase

You’d think most massage/therapy balls would be made equal but this one is genuinely better than the rest. I work in dental so always have a sore neck, back and shoulders - this ball is my go to to use quickly between patients now. I like the slightly smaller size that really focuses on small muscles and knots, and it’s nice and firm so pinpoints the pressure well. A few colleagues have used it and purchased their own they liked it so much.

I am really enjoying my Celsius Therapy Ball and am seeing the benefits of its use already. I can feel my muscles relaxing and the tension leaving my body. I also am feeling less stressed.

I bought the ball to use for my feet. Everyday I roll the ball under my feet to work through pains in my feet and stimulate them. It is hard enough to do that and achieve a good workout!
Fabulous. Great size and firm. Feels great under foot, and on neck. One of my kids picked out in the store thinking it was a toy. So glad he did.
Very impressed. I bought this to massage knots in my wife's back. I found it also massaged my hand in the process. It's a very hard ball but that's exactly what we needed. About the size of a squash ball. It is small enough to really hit the pressure points that you just can't hit with a tennis ball. My wife also places it between her shoulder and the couch and rolls her muscle on it. The hard little nodules hit every fibre. So simple. So effective.
It's my first spike ball, and I was skeptical. I use it to release pressure on my neck and shoulders. though it looks uncomfortable. It isn't. It works great, it's easy to pack and carry with you. Depending on what your physio recommends you to do, but if it needs a ball. This is a choice
My osteopath recommended that I purchase a therapy ball as they are a number one rehabilitation aid and could help me perform self-therapy on a range of muscle-related conditions, caused from both exercise and desk-work in the office. The therapy ball has been such a game changer for me - instead of reaching for painkillers, I am now reaching for the therapy ball!
Fantastic massage ball. I mainly use it to remove back/shoulder knots or nurse chest/arm aches between gym days. Very nice to massage palms as well. I could achieve deeper tissue penetration with the dotted surface compared to other smooth therapy balls. At the same time not too painful compared to balls with more pointy dots (this one has rounded dots). Comfortable rubbery material. Only downside is that size is slightly small. Found it difficult to self-massage my back against the wall. Furthest I can reach when my back with own hands are my scapulas, and any further requires a partner's help.
Therapy ball worked to help elevate my heal pain. Used it daily and sometimes twice a day - did not cause pain or harm like some others. Was light weight and has been durable. Could do with various sizes however good for my foot size.
