I have been taking this for almost 2 years, 1 tablet a day and my constant calf cramps went. I actually stopped for a couple of weeks thinking maybe they had stopped anyway and they came back. I recommend this for anyone else having the same issues.

I have been using Cenovis Magnesium for about a year now as I was suffering leg cramps at night. These tablets have been fantastic in helping solve these painful cramps and giving me a good night sleep as well.
I was suffering from cramps in my toes & feet every day & really bad at night time. I take 2 of these tablets every day & when I run out the cramps come back again. They really work well for me & I try never to run out of them again. I believe they are also good for your heart so that is another reason why I like taking them. It takes a while for magnesium to work but when it does it really keeps the cramps and muscular spasms away especially at night when the cramps are at their worst. Well worth buying to help with muscular cramps and spasms.
Bought these tablets to help with my aching legs. Seems to have decreased somewhat but still get bouts of it - last week was pretty severe so I'm not sure what these tablets do.
