I stopped going to the gym because I found my favorite piece of equipment. Centr 3 has really changed my lifestyle and has helped me stay fit during my pregnancy.

One machine I would not miss the chance to get. I am so happy with my SF3, with how smooth the cables are and with the smith bar all in one! So simple to select more weight and if thats not enough, you can double the weight using the smith bar!

Great machine definitely need to add this one to your home gym hits a lot of muscle groups and has different functions!
I enjoyed this unit especially the weight multiplier function with the smith bar. Allows you to do simple exercises and more challenging ones.
This is a great machine to workout with , I really enjoyed using the different handles and bars
My family love this gym! I have 2 kids both play sports and we can do every workout we can think of. The Smith Machine is the coolest part it spots my kids when they go heavier then they should.
While I love a traditional barbell, this machine is really groovy with the built in smith. Instead of plates (which I have dropped on my toe at the gym before :-/ ) the smith bar uses the weights of the functional. Really cool, I haven’t seen this before. Well made, sturdy, clean modern design. I’m a fan.
First time using a machine like the SF3, this unit is excellent for pull ups and upper body workouts. I love the quality and structure of the unit.
I can feel the burn in my legs and thighs! Great for squats, pull ups and cable work outs.
