My first one arrived damaged and T & W were quick to action my return, however replacement took a few weeks which was understandable as it was right before Xmas. the second one was fine. takes a bit of getting used to without a handle. If you had a decent stride it would not be suitable as the deck isn't very long, I'm only short so i can just use it, my husband unfortunately cant which is a pain! would be a good option for a slow walk at a stand up desk but if your thinking of running indoors ide buy one a bit bigger. Overall it does the job and is fairly quiet. Would be good for small dog walking to. TIP: pop the remote on a lanyard so you always have it on you.

Easy to use, compact so easy to store, fits under my desk perfectly and very quiet!The belt does move a bit so it sometimes rubs along the side but that's it.
The product it self is absolutely fantastic, exactly what I was after. Compact and easy to use. Relatively quiet, though don’t expect to be using it while on any calls.The only thing was the shipping. Tracking system was horrible, never updated, and over a week past it’s latest expected delivery date.I 100% recommend this walkpad/treadmill, just don’t expect it do get it on time or for reliable tracking. (Hunter express was the company they used at my time of purchase, hopefully they change companies)
Great little treadmill, does the job. Cant take long strides so it takes a bit of getting used to
DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT This product only works with a remote and the remotes don't work the first one failed waited 2 months for a new one It only worked 3 times took so long to send a new remote i can not return the walker So now i have an electric walking machine that can not be used. my advice is DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
I have just set mine up and I love it. Easy to use and great compact size for storage. Very happy with it.

This is better than I thought it would be. Perfect to use at my standing desk and can even get a jog happening at full speed. Will be great in winter too.
