I was selected to sample this product for free from influenster and centrum in exchange for my honest review.As I am a woman of older age I am conscious to supplement my diet and lifestyle with additional support to maintain healthy bones and general better functioning.I suffer with health concerns and feel its important to have a keen interest in my health and wellbeing. I've been taking these supplements for several weeks and although I cannot see immediate effect as this would take longer than a few weeks I have no negative side effects from taking these and they are easy to swallow. I feel a resonate highly with this brand and will continue to purchase these for support.

Initially, they looked a bit scary as the pills are quite large, however I’m pleased to say that they were fine to swallow, which is a good start.It’s always difficult to be sure something like multivitamins is making a difference and working; however, I can genuinely say that I’m feeling a bit more alert, and my general health is ok! I have a vitamin D deficiency, and I had a blood test a week or so after starting taking these vitamins, and my vitamin D level had increased, and although I can’t be sure that it is down to these supplements, what I can say is that, without a shadow of a doubt, its certainly not done me any harm to be topping up my vitamin levels, so I have no doubt I’ll keeping going with this product for the foreseeable future!My only gripe is ... I’ve been taking the Centrum advance vitamins for about two weeks. I recently had a flu like virus and felt really run down but I’m pleased to say these seemed to have really made a difference. After my usual routine I’m usually quite tired but in the last few days I have more energy than I have had. Don’t let the size of the tablet put you off as it’s easily swallowed due to its shape. I’m looking forward to more benefits, hair,skin,nails. Just remembered too, I haven’t been having my cat naps. I’d certainly recommend if after only two weeks I already feel the benefits .
I've been taking these once a day for the last couple of weeks and I can already feel a change. I'm a 52yr old male who hardly exercises apart from a short cycle to work. So my energy levels weren't the greatest. But I'm getting to feel a little more energised in a morning, when once it was a struggle to even get out of bed! It's so good that I can take just the one tablet that contains nearly everything I need in vitamins and minerals. And it's for the over 50s, so perfect for me. These are quite large tablets but are easy to take and swallow, and best to take at meal times. Look forward to finishing my current box and see how I feel!

Been taking for a month thought I had to give a bit if time to see how they fair, well i was very surprised tgey are easy to take no after taste and definatly no side effects some vitamins I've taken in the past has upset my stomach. I always get a fold and cough in January/February not this year whooooo. Everyoner ound me was coughing abd sneezing luckily I was fine . Can'tsay it helped my sleep pattern but mt sleeping is terribleit was a big task for a small pill. My hair seems to have changed but dont think a monthis long enough so have bought another packet. I would recommend these 50+ vitamins but give it time
As someone who needs as many nutrients and vitamins as possible due to no appetite and fibro, I was pleased to be asked to review these multivitamins. Add to that my age and I thought if I remember to take them they would be perfect. When I first opened the pot I saw how big the tablets were but I needed have worried as they are so smooth and easy to swallow! Brilliant.I have been taking them for 13 days now so perhaps too soon to see if my vitamin D levels have risen but I’m sure my teeth are looking stronger (lesstransparent) and my hair seems to have had a growth spurt. I am now determined that when I finish this bottle I will purchase another and continue to take them. Give them a big thumbs up!👍🏻
