A good all-around chewy multivitamin from Centrum. I'm new to chewy vitamins. I prefer gel tablets or liquid consumables over the standard powder tablet because i find them easier to swallow. With chewy vitamins I've always felt that the gummies would just get stuck in my teeth and therefore not be ingested completely, leaving a proportion of important vitamin nutrients not finding its way where it should in my body. A tub of 30 gummies gives 1 month's worth of daily intake of consuming one gummy daily. With a mixture of cherry, orange and berry flavourings I can't say these don't taste yummy, they do! Packed with all the essential B-vitamins as well as zinc, iodine and biotin this is a good all-round multivitamin from Centrum. First, my 110 gummies are definitely one. There's no precise way to gauge the effectiveness of the vitamins without accurate measurements.I did use a fork to take 2 like size pieces off the whole and they tastes terrible. All the minerals can be tasted. The gummy consistency was okay, there is no evidence of a sugar coating like my other Centrum gummies.Would I buy for a better experience? Only if I caught them on sale. I like really like my current ones with added caffeine.

I love gummy vitamins because I think being an adult should still be fun. These Centrum Adults Multigummies are good. The texture is very bouncy and doesn't get stuck in your teeth. They have the recommended daily value of vitamin B12, E and Biotin, among others.They taste very good but still a little "healthy" which is good because I don't want to be tempted to eat the whole bottle. They are gluten free and contain no wheat, milk, soy, egg, peanut, tree nuts, fish or crustacean shellfish allergens. They DO contain gelatin so they are NOT vegetarian/ Vegan Friendly so please be aware of that.

Love the taste as I’m first eating them but the after taste isn’t super pleasant but not terrible. I just drink a little juice or have something else to eat and it goes away quickly. I’m a vitamin gal so I like to make sure I’m hitting my mark daily with vitamins! These have such great ingredients and no artificial flavors! Easy to digest and don’t leave me feeling sick. Some other pills have done that to me. Make sure you eat before taking them and you’ll be great! Good alternative if you don’t like the horse pills sometimes you get with vitamins! I am pretty pleased with these multigummies. They have a broad range of essential vitamins and minerals that cover my nutritional needs.
