I always take my vitamins first thing in the morning after eating breakfast. A few times I took it during breakfast and I was OK as well. Some other vitamins have been very harsh on my G.I. tract. However I find the centrum men's to be a good fit for my overall age and health

Centrum Silver Mens 50+ is a good substitute for the discontinued Members Mark Mens 50+, which said on the label βCompare to Centrum Silver Mens 50+β. It compared well- - it was the same. But Members Mark was sold in a larger bottle that was more convenient because it lasted nearly an entire year, yet featured Samβs club favorable Members Mark pricing and, as always, suburb Members Mark top notch quality. So the Centrum Silver Mens 50+ is an excellent product, but itβs not Members Mark.
I used to think that one vitamin brand did not differ very much from another, however I have discovered (via blood tests, etc.) that my husband's vitamin/mineral profile were far improved after switching to Centrum Silver Men's Multi and using for several months.
