Cerave Foaming Cleanser Bar, Kaolin Clay - 4.5 oz

I have been using this bar soap for my face for about three weeks and it has been the best decision I have made. I’ve switched cleansers so much, some made my skin too dry and break out, others didn’t clean deeply enough. I have to say, combined with their skincare products, this line has definitely made a jump on my favorites list. The soap melts and clears away all layers of make up, when I use a clear cotton pad with my toner after, it comes out clean! You also don’t need a whole lot and it feels great on the skin, does not irritate and there is no toxic, medicine scent to it

I bought this to use as a face wash even though it’s made for face and body. It’s fragrance free, which I like. It’s slightly drying, which I didn’t like. It’s not irritating. This isn’t in my top favorite face washes, but I wouldn’t be upset if this was my only option.

This was my first time using a cleansing bar soap to wash my face. I chose this bar for the kaolin clay, that helps absorb oil, and the niacinamide, that calms the skin, It lathers up nicely, it feels like it's definitely cleaning my face. It's also gentle on my skin too, which i like. This was also my first time using a cerave product, I would definitively buy products from this line in the future.

This soap is tremendous. Cleaning and cleansing! Period. Beautiful formula, with nice ingredients, a skin-friendly pH (around 5) and the bar is also slightly larger than other similar products and it lasts longer! It’s ingredients are safe to the skin and protect the skins barriers! I trust this brand and highly recommend! 🧼🤍

Facial Soap Bar

I prefer the soap bar over the bottle since it gives my skin more clean, smooth feeling but brightens up my face. It does help control acne to the point where it will clear your face in places acné loves to live on. Overall I would recommend it to another person who has acne issues because it works well.

Game changer

Been using for a few days shy of a month and my skin approves. The first few days my skin felt tight but it adjusted naturally. I’ve had no breakouts and use this bar day and night. It’s also more cost efficient and long lasting as well. The clay is a huge benefit!

Great sustainably packaged and effective option!

I love CeraVe. I’ve tried about every cleanser and the foaming pulp cleanser and the hydrating cream to foam are my favorites, but seeing how I work in environmental health I’ve been trying to switch to more sustainably packaged things so I tried the bar version and it comes packaged in solely the box (no plastic) and the product is great! Perfect for travel works as well as the foaming. Of course if you have make up on remove that with an oil cleanser first, but it’s great!! I travel with just one bar for the face and body and it’s one less thing to bring or worry about spilling in your luggage. My face is smooth, but not dried out which is perfect! HARSH.

Item says for normal to oily skin, I would consider my skin to be more on the oily side. Even so, this product is HARSH. After using it only 3 times (over the course of 5 days, while moisturizing afterwards) my skin is having a crisis. It’s dry, red, irritated, and itchy like nothing I have ever experienced. I’ve used the liquid Cerave for normal to oily skin plenty of times without a problem but something about this bar doesn’t work for me, and for that reason I can’t imagine anyone with “normal” skin benefiting at all from this really harsh product. Either stick with the liquid wash, or give that one a try over this product.

The only soap !!!

I love it because my skin is soft and clean. CanUse it 2 x daily to maintain your great appearance!! No oil, no large pores, and great quality!! I have been told, skin does not have wrinkles!! Healthy skin!! Your body benefits fromThis product %26 have used it everyday!!

great value for a great soap

This was surprinsgly good. I have really acne-prone, oily skin, especially in the summer, but the clay in this seems to keep my face pretty matte. After using it my face doesnt feel tight or dehydrated nor does it feel heavy and overly moisturized. I was traveling and didnt want tp purchase a full bottle so I thought I would give this a shot. Glad I did. Its affordable
