CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion for Itch Relief | 8 Ounce | Dry Skin Itch R

If you’ve been pregnant and experienced PUPPPS then you know it’s miserable! I used this lotion during my last pregnancy in addition to the soap. It worked miracles on my skin and the rash. My previous pregnancy I had the same rash and used all types of hime remedies and calamine lotion. You name it. Nothing worked and it last until birth. This time!!! It cleared up within days of using this lotion and the soap. I am so impressed and I want every mother to know. There is relief for us finally! I’ve read so many stories and PUPPPS is the worst. This lotion is sold at CVS and Amazon. Pricey but so worth it. I also use it for my son who has eczema. Works so great for his skin too. It’s amazing! I love it 😍

I have bought several CeraVe lotions and am usually happy with the results. I developed eczema in the past few year, and my primary doctor suggested I try . This lotion was great after moisturizing my skin, but did little to nothing to ease the itchiness. It was much thinner than expected and soaked into my dry skin immediately. My aunt recommended CeraVe itch relief moisturizing lotion for eczema. It typically acts up during transitional weather. It comes out as a soft, smooth cream, when applied, has a slight cooling feel to it. It helps very much in soothing my skin when I have a flare up of excema. While initially bought for eczema purposes, it is now summer- and I ended up with a slight sunburn on my shoulders. It was not an intense burn, but it stung for a few days. I used this product on my sunburn and was pleasantly surprised that it assisted in the relief of the stinging sensation. This rates very high in my book, and a product I intend to keep on hand.

My skin gets itchy/rashy sometimes due to a medical condition. I bought this hoping that it would help ease or prevent it. The lotion doesn’t have much of a scent and is lightweight which I like, but it doesn’t really seem to have much of an effect on the itching. Maybe it helps a little bit, but it doesn’t completely alleviate the issue. It’s a decent lotion though!

Absolutely Amazing

I never review products, but simply could not let this go without praise. I recently found myself with a rash on my arm that was so intensely itchy I just wanted to crawl right out of my own skin. After trying several remedies, I read about this lotion. I have to admit I was skeptical, but at that point ready to try pretty much anything. Within seconds of applying this lotion, my skin started to feel better. Within minutes, I felt almost normal again. While it did not cure the rash, which had to go away on it's own, it made the healing time easily bearable. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Amazing for Itchy Skin

I got this because in the summer my legs will get really dry and itchy, expecially after shaving. This stuff worked so well at keeping the dry and itchy feeling away! I will keep buying this for that reason! It is a little expensive but for something that works, it's worth it. A little goes a pretty long way as well so I can see this bottle lasting a while.

Can’t believe it

My skin had been so itchy everywhere. Constantly scratching even in bed. Had been using Aveena prior to getting so itchy, possibly from medications and dry air in Alberta. Read a review about cerave itchy lotion. A little expensive but I couldn’t believe it. Literally the moment I applied it to my skin, my itching stopped and I don’t have to reapply it the following day. This lotion has made a huge difference in my life. I was going crazy before this.

Dermatologist Recommended for me

My dermatologist recommended your itch lotion in the red lotion container specifically because this is the only one on the market that has Pramoxine Hydrochloride 1% as the Active Ingredient. Since I’m 72 years old, I began noticing brown splotches which had kind of a rough scale on them, and if I scratched them, they would get very irritated. That’s why I went to the dermatologist. He diagnosed these spots as normal for mostly aging skin like mine. I believe he called it actinic keratosis, and he said the Pramoxine Hydrochloride is the ingredient that substantially works to help these splotches heal and possible not reoccur. He also prescribed a cream application I picked up at the pharmacy, and I keep this to use as needed. However, please start packaging it in at least a 12 or 16 ounce size bottle. I know you have it in the cream as well, but I prefer the moisturizing lotion. I can only find it in an 8 ounce size in stores and online. It’s pricier than some of your competitive products on the market and a larger size could help me with that since I live on a fixed income.Please advise if you’re planning on offering it in larger size pump containers. Great for itchy skin!

I got a bad case of contact dermatitis after using a fragrance rollerball that my skin did NOT agree with. I had a horrible, itchy rash on my legs and arms that was super itchy…tried Aveeno oatmeal bath and lotion balm. It helped, but lasted only 30 min or so. My husband purchased this at our local drugstore and within minutes my itch went from a 7/10 to a 3/10. I still felt a “sensation” in my skin, but that intense itchiness was gone. No impulsive to scratch my skin. And no exacerbation in the actual skin rash itself and it lasted. I cannot recommend this enough!
