I received this product for free from Influenster and Cetaphil in exchange for my honest review. I’d like to start my review by saying that Ceraphil is NOT a cruelty-free brand, which means I would never recommend them to someone. However, I have used the product to write a review. I have very sensitive skin and am prone to eczema. I found this product to be great on sensitive skin and did notice an improvement in the look and feel of my skin. There is no scent to this product and it dries quickly. It is affordable and can be found at most drug stores and grocery stores. My fiancé uses this product after getting tattoos to help during the healing process and enjoys them for that purpose.

My son and I both have extremely dry skin on purpose knees and elbows. The gentle, yet effective lotion worked like magic over night on his elbows and knees. I love that it has no scent, absorbs quickly, and still gets the job done. I have trusted Cetaphil with my sensitive skin for years and its never let me down. The skin on my knees and heels gets super dry and this Cracked Skin Balm took care of it almost immediately! It uses urea to smooth bumps and cracks, but doesn't have any type of unpleasant or ammonia-like odor. I use it on arms to treat KP bumps, it works great and for way less than other "chicken bump" treatments. It does take a moment to absorb, but after that it's not greasy at all. Definitely a new staple for me!

My job is really hard on my hands. The work in general along with lots of hand washing leads to extremely dry skin. In the winter my finger tips and knuckles crack open and my hands get really sore. I suffer from eczema too, and that tends to flare up in the winter months. I'm hoping with regular use of the lotion, I can keep my hands in good shape this winter! I normally adore anything made by Cetaphil but I’m not a fan of the Cetaphil Cracked Skin Repair Lotuon. The skin on my legs is often dry and scaley and I had hoped this would help. I also tried using it on my feet and elbows. While it did moisturize, it left me feeling greasy and sticky instead of silky. It’s definitely not something you can apply clothing directly after using. I thought perhaps I had applied it wrong or used too much but each additional time I used it I was left with the same feeling. On the plus side, I do like that it’s fragrance free. Huge bonus in my book. The website says this lotion is recommended for daily maintenance but I don’t see myself using it for a daily lotion. I used it every night and day, and I noticed a difference in my skin. My father, who is diabetic suffers from cracked skin also but because of his disease. At first I used the lotion like I would any other lotion. I pumped a big glob into my hands and start rubbing them together. It was not rubbing in, and my hands were a greasy mess. I had to wipe the excess off., but hands felt great. The next day, I tried it again with just a pea sized amount. That was much better. I tried the balm next. It is like a gel consistency, and I wasn’t going to make the mistake of using too much. It rubbed in nicely and didn’t leave my skin greasy. I still use it daily. Overall, I would definitely buy it because it really works. I wash my hands so much every day, and this has kept them soft and healed the cracked, chapped skin.

This lotion has a thinner consistency when it comes out of the bottle. It doesn’t have much of a scent. One thing I noticed is that for a few minutes after first applying this lotion, it left my skin feeling a little greasy. This didn’t last long because it eventually soaked in to my skin; but it did stay that way for a few minutes which was noticeable to me. I have no real complaints or anything about this lotion. It works, but it didn’t wow me.

The scent is great! I use it daily as it has a great quality and perfect for all ages. The size is just right and the package came in good condition. Cant wait to see the great benefit. Its moisturizing and perfect for sensitive skin. Great for all season!

Love the Cracked Skin Repair Balm and the Cracked Skin Repair Lotion.. No fragrance or scent and rich enough for dry skin. Also, NO Propylene Gylcol. I’m allergic to PG. Had derm doc do patch test. Bad reaction. Cetaphil has PG in the moisturizing cream hope they remove it,
