To start this off, I want to say that I don't support this brand due to it not being ethical and for them contributing to a genxcide. So I wouldn't recommend for those reasons. Now, onto the product. I've used each of these products entirely alone to see what the effect would be so that I know it's not any of my other products contributing. I've noticed there was much less dryness in my skin, but it definitely took about 5 days to start actually noticing a difference. This would certainly be great to add to your skincare regime, especially with the ingredients, however using it alone without moisturizer/ glycerin / hyaluronic acid / niacinamide, it's a little bit lack luster. Used together however, I think it's pretty good. In terms of affordability, I do think it's a bit expensive for what it is, as I can find more affordable products that don't leave that tacky feeling, has great ingredients, and leaves you feeling moisturized and radiant immediately. I do want to mention though, that I think these products would be a decent idea to keep in a makeup bag if you have clients, so that it doesn't flare up sensitive skin, acne, or their allergies. So I can definitely see the versatility of it, I just simply don't support the brand. I'm giving the product itself a 7/10

I’ve tried other vitamin C formulas, and they normally clog my pores and give me blackheads. This does not! I have dry aging skin, and when I use this with my moisturizers and serums, I can’t really tell whether or not it’s giving it more hydration or not, because my other products do such a nice job at that. I was mainly focusing on how it brightens my skin and lightens my sunspots and age spots. So, was that as the main focus, it does a great job. Very pleased.

I have been using this serum for two weeks, and I have seen great results on my skin. My skin is more uneven and the texture has also improved, also I have seen that dark spots and fine lines are also less noticeable. I have learned that vitamin C is a great ally in the skincare routine, and this brand Cetaphil brought this serum that delivers great results on the skin. I loved that the formula is lightweight and can be used even on the most sensitive skin. My skin has been brighter, smoother and very hydrated. It has definitely become an essential product in my skincare routine.

It’s always tricky trying new skincare since it takes repetitive continued use to see visual results, however, I’m expecting to enjoy using this for the foreseeable future. Vitamin C products can sometimes be too harsh, smell funky or artificial, not absorb well, or pill up under other products…but this passed the test! Only thing to note is that the serum remains a little tacky and doesn’t sink in as much as the Ceramide Serum did but also it’s more typical for the actives in vitamin c products to be more glowy/heavy. Dropper works well and packaging is nice. Would be careful with a clear container and exposure to sunlight but for an affordable skincare product it’s a great serum option.

I have never been one to have an extensive skin care routine due to not having acne or pimples. The only skin care I do is applying moisturize multiple times a day because my skin is super dry. I was excited to try this serum before my moisturizer to add extra hydration to my skin and face. I was super excited for the vitamin c serum to add brightness to my skin to give me that summer glow! This serum apply’s very nicely on my skin and doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky or slimy like some serums do. Once I let the serum dry, I apply seraphic daily moisturizer on top to lock in the serum. I highly recommend for the ladies that don’t love extensive skin care routines but want to add a little extra!

The first think i noticed that was good was the packaging. I like glass packaging, I just think it looks better than plastic bottles. The dropper though is really good, you know how sometimes you can have a product tip over and you see in the bottom of your drawer it all spilled out? Yeah this will not do that. The dropper does not come out loosely in the bottle, it’s well packed in the bottle that you need a small little tug to get it out but it’s just enough suction that you know it’s not going to leak and spill anywhere. The vitamin c serum helps me with my fine lines and my unfortunate dark spots from acne and life.

I love how clean these ingredients are and how beautifully this serum is packaged! The dropper bottle helped me easily apply this directly on my skin and even mix it in with moisturizer as needed. I love how quickly it absorbed into my skin and how the scent was not strong at all. I love how none of cetaphils products have strong scents, it’s truly one of the best parts of their brand! I found this vitamin c serum to be effective on dark spots and places with hyperpigmentation due to sun damage. If you are looking to add Vitamin C to your routine I would definitely reccomend Cetaphils!

When I first got this product I was a little confused since the instructions were pretty vague and they didn’t even mention to apply sunscreen which most vitamin C serums do so I wasn’t sure how well this would actually work. When I opened up the bottle I also noticed that there’s glitter in the formula, so it definitely helps your skin look more radiant after applying but it is a little weird that there’s glitter in it since that’s another thing I’ve never seen in any of the Vitamin C serums I’ve previously used. Applying the serum was nice, it absorbed into my skin without leaving it feel sticky and I didn’t need too much. I also didn’t notice a smell which is nice since that’s one thing I notice with other serums.
