Since hitting 50 my skin has changed and I have struggled to find a foundation that doesn't accentuate the pores and lines or slide off. I've tried all the brands but after a couple of hours of applying them my skin looked caked.This foundation is just fabulous, my skin looks dewy and fresh all day, I've swapped my usual blush for Les Beiges water fresh blush to keep the natural dewy look . Definitely worthy of 5 stars

I LOVE this skincare foundation! I'm Japanese in my 50s and my skin is dry to combination. With a small pump squeeze for each half of my face and using a brush, it gives me the lightest coverage leaving my skin look dewy and with a "porcelain" finish. It is the ultimate No make up finish which can be built up for a more polished look. I ended up buying the les beiges blush too as aI didn't want my powder blush to matte this finished "skin look". Advise to get your shade tested at a counter as they have many shades with very subtle difference. I thought I was neutral (B40) but the advisor who made my face up in neutral on one side and a warm tone on the other side ( BD41) sent me to the window with a mirror and I could immediately see the difference with my neck. ... I am 50 and love trying different brands and products. Finally I have found the best foundation out of them all. It makes my skin look flawless and fresh. My skin feels smooth and I don't feel like I'm wearing make up at all as it's so light. I wouldn't go back to any of my other foundations now that I have this.

This foundation is only good for people with great skin and for dry skin as it is quite oily. It does not cover any blemishes or discolourations, not even lessen them. I have normal/dry skin and I have to mop my face as it is so sticky.I will stick to my Les Beiges foundation, which is very natural looking, yet hides skin problems such as sun spots
This is my absolute favourite foundation that I will repurchase again and again. No other foundations come close to how incredible this one looks on my skin (and I have tried many). This, paired with Tom Ford's Traceless Soft Matte Primer, are a match made in heaven. For me, this is as good as it gets.
Glad to see we have this new Chanel Foundation in Australia. Ordered it in B30. It applies beautifully, but I definitely prefer a brush to finish it off. I'm mixing it with another favourite foundation as I found the coverage a bit light for me. I love how luminous it is. Skin looks glowing, flawless, youthful. It's definitely a keeper and it very long wearing.
I'm in my 60s and am a self confessed skincare junkie. I've always taken care of my skin and have used too many make up and skincare brands to remember: Mac, Estée Lauder, Lancôme, Tom Ford, Chantecaille, Bobbi Brown, Dior, Clinique, by Terry, GUERLAIN, Charlotte Tilbury and Chanel to name but a few. Foundation is the last layer that I apply over a couple of water based serums and one oil based serum, moisturiser and eye cream, then spf. Two pumps of Chanel No 1 BR22 warmed a little in my hands and then smoothed over my face is perfection. I love, love, love, 💕 this foundation. At last - after all these years and (literally) hundreds of bottles and tubes of foundation, this is IT! Chanel - if you're listening, please do not discontinue this product.
I have mature skin and this is the best foundation I've tried after 40 odd years of using them. It's got a pump applicator and the colour is very natural. The texture is light not greasy or heavy. It makes skin look dewy and fresh. I love it. Highly recommend.
Really surprised at the negative reviews-I do not have perfect skin by any stretch but have found this to be the best foundation I've ever used. It gives excellent coverage while still looking natural and fresh. I am late 30s so neither young and dewy nor particularly older/drier-skinned. Would recommend to anyone for whom the price isn't too off-putting.
Excellent foundation and replacement for vitalimiere which I wore for 10 years until their formula changed recently. Looks so dewy and natural with a light to medium coverage. Skin glows pretty much all day long. Well worth the money.
