First ,apply first coat; let dry, then apply 2nd.I also purchased 2 more of these shades which I will post/review after I get a chance to wear

Colors like this can make your face look dull if you choose the wrong shade, but this one looks sophisticated. I plan to buy another in a different color.
Although I tend to wear more neutral colours I am falling in love with the intensity of this rouge colour and also the velvety feel and texture of its application ❤️
