Chasseur Escoffier Induction Copper Saute Pan 28cm

Such a lovely pot - my second Chasseur copper pan - perfect weight and size for slow cooking stews and great for spaghetti and soups as well. It looks beautiful and the handles are large making to easy to shift when hot. I am looking forward to many decades of use with this one !!

This heavy, stainless steel lined copper pot is really impressive. Its price was so reasonable, that I was expecting a small, lightweight bit of foil...But it has proven true to what experienced cooks expect from a piece of copper cookware. It heats up and cools down quickly, and is sensitive enough to handle a fragile white sauce. It is now my "best" pot! Thanks!

Good product

I have it as a Christmas present but I am now on holiday so have not tried it yet. I am interested in having the shallower pan when you have it back in stock. Perhaps you would let me know.

Great Copper Stainless Steel Pan with Lid

This is the best pan I've purchased. I love it so much I have decided to buy another and take to my Thai in-laws in Thailand. I'm sure they will appreciate the superior quality and usability they can get out of it. It heats up quickly and retains the heat evenly through the cooking process. My Thai wife loves using this pan for stir fries and I'm in charge of all the Greek cooking in this pan. Given it heats faster it also cooks faster and saves on gas!!

Love this saucepan, love the fully moulded no joins pan. The handle is awesome, heavy and doesn't conduct heat. The shape also sits really well in your hand. I will be buying more of these!!! I have been using it on gas top and so far seems to be performing well.

I feel like I have a touch of class with my saucepan. Perfect heating and I have gas. So impressed with the service I have had every time with everten. A beautiful pot that is made to last! Chasseur have really outdone themselves with this range. The pots are stunning to look at and perform perfectly. This pot does exactly what is expected: it heats evenly and responds instantly to temperature changes. It’s an absolute pleasure to cook with! I must also thank Everten for introducing me to “Bar Keepers Friend”. They sent a sample to me and it has made caring for these pots so much easier than the old lemon and salt copper cleaning trick.
