Product was a replacement for old stove, and Chef has always been a reliable brand. Always bought from Gas Company (no longer selling Gas Stoves) However, it then cost $299 delivery/installation - agreed upon, but, the plumber that installed it, also charged a further $198 to replace old fitting.........so an extra $497 on top of the price. For a pensioner, not a nice surprise.

Great product but did not come with the rear cover or splash back as advertised. Hoping to get this sorted. Otherwise product is efficient and easy to use.

I bought this oven and installed by installer. I found out it package came with wrong parts. I could not believe how this possible. Still could not change the part through goodguys store. Lost my confidence on this buying. Disappointed.
Had an old 20year old stove removed and replaced with this spanking newy. Paid the extra for install but worth it as it was an old connection. Now planning for air conditioning with the good guys.
The stove is cosmetically appealing however there are some safety hazards such as when the oven is on the stove Top & knobs are really hot to touch. Fry pans also slide very easily on cooktop frame. Had I know I would have spent more & ensured it was safer
I like this unit. The only reason I give it four stars is because the front left burner often does not light on the first to third attempt. I have to continually wait for the gas to clear and start again which often takes about 5 tries. Otherwise, all other burners and the oven are great
I shouldn't have purchased this product. Luckily no one was near the grill when it exploded. Very poor quality. It has just been few months that we purchased this product. Its not safe atall.
This is our second chef oven as we moved houses and needed to replace the oven in the new house, and we decided to go with the chef again as we were very happy with it. We considered going up to a 60cm due to a growing family but after some research turns out the oven space in the chef 54cm was the same size as most 60cm ovens, if not bigger. Easy to use, looks nice, and priced well. Our previous chef was 6 years old and going strong. Also very easy to clean, our old one still looked brand new!!! Recommended!
