I am a cake decorator who is always on the look out for tools to make decorating easier. I found exactly what I wanted when I bought this Dough Divider. I was looking for something to cut strips of fondant. It is so simple to set the width needed and just cuts so easily through the fondant. I would recommend it to any decorator.
