I find that the board feels very "cheap", for lack of better word. It's incredibly hard, and I feel that it hurts my Mundial knives despite the claim that it "will not dull knives". It's very slippery too, so you will certainly need to place a damp rag beneath it to keep it from sliding all over the place. I work in a commercial kitchen, and I needed some small cutting boards for quick tasks, but I wouldn't recommend these Chef Inox ones at all. The only good point I can offer is that they are indeed very easy to clean, thus the 2 stars. Otherwise, my colleagues in the kitchen have been reaffirming the fact that I was ripped off by spending $30 on 3 of these boards every day. Great size, easy to clean and they even fit in the dishwasher. Have them in a few colours for different uses!
These cutting boards are amazing, they're large, sturdy and the colours help. They're a bit of a squeeze in the dishwasher but with some re-arranging it works out. Highly recommend them!
I find the board easy to use in my own home. It does not dull my knives and is easy to use. I do find it leaves slight cutting marks in the board, but otherwise I am happy with this purchase and the price is great.
Have to remove cutlery shelf to get it into our dishwasher. Not a bright brilliant red. No problems in using it.
This is a large board, so great for chopping up large quantiles of ingredients, or for slicing pizzas. It is a good thickness, unlike many of the cheaper flimsy boards which warp easily.
Pros: Hygenic, easy to store, easy to lift because of handle.Cons: Too soon to tell.
