Chicken of the Sea has some of the best tasting packaged salmon on the market. It always tastes lighter and fresher to me over what is available in a can. I love this lemon pepper flavor which can be used in a variety of ways, but I love using a pouch or two for salmon croquettes for a quick, easy lunch. Love the lemon pepper flavor. It's great on its own but when I add to a dish I do like to add a bit more lemon pepper myself. Overall, these are great pouches to get!

Healthy Alaskan Pink Salmon, wild caught. 31 G of protein, nice serving for one person. Can be eaten right out of the pouch or used in salads or other recipes. Tasty and very healthy with no fillers or anything else added, skinless and boneless meat. Fresh and flavorful. Wild caught is always best over farm raised. Delicious! Excellent quality from Chicken of the Sea!

A very high quality salmon with no fishy smell; a convenient pouch sized package that can be eaten right out of with a sport. It is a bit of a smaller size (hence the value proposition) but nonetheless extremely filling and packed full of protein. No sketchy ingredients nor additives; you get all the great benefits of seafood.
A good quality fish with no added ingredients, especially no added perservatives. Very easy to use, just tear the bag. The price is very reasonable for this size. The taste was ok which is what you should expect with this type of product (better bring your favorite sauce, since this is just clean pure fish with no additions). Salmon is supposed to be healthier than tuna, so this is a good option.
Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon Skinless Boneless is a premium seafood option that offers both exceptional taste and nutritional benefits. Sourced from the pristine waters of Alaska, this salmon is renowned for its superior quality and rich flavor.Being skinless and boneless, this salmon variety offers convenience and versatility in cooking. Whether you're grilling, baking, broiling, or sautéing, preparing delicious salmon dishes becomes effortless with this convenient option. The absence of skin and bones also makes it ideal for those who prefer a hassle-free dining experience.
The ready-to-eat pink salmon in lemon and pepper flavor delivers exceptional quality and taste. The salmon is tender, flaky, and perfectly cooked, showcasing its freshness and premium quality. The zesty lemon adds a refreshing tang, while the cracked pepper provides a subtle kick that enhances the natural flavor of the fish. It’s a nutritious, protein-packed option that’s convenient and versatile, ideal for salads, sandwiches, or enjoying straight from the package.
FYI: As of 8/3/2024, the nutrition info. is incorrect! Walmart is showing nutrition info. for wrong product. Actual label shows sodium 140mg, , protein 15g, also wrong ingredients list and vitamin/mineral differences. Not the best processed Salmon flavor and texture, but quite good for the price point! I especially like to add it to a green salad, or add celery, dill green onion, and a little mayo for lettuce boat "sandwich."
I’m a pescatarian, and boneless, skinless, wild-caught canned salmon is my core convenience food. I’ve tried them all, and can't find the rationale to move from "reasonable value" into higher pricing. At the high end of that range (over $.60/ounce), I bypass cans and can openers with Chicken of the Sea’s Wild Catch Premium Alaskan Salmon -- the freshest-tasting of this value group, with hand-selected portions vacuum-sealed in a plastic cup. Also at over $.60/ounce is Kirkland Signature's Boneless Skinless Salmon, a brick of intact salmon not parsed into chunks or flakes. But great product is had for almost half those costs ($.35 to $38/ounce) with either this StarKist boneless skinless wild-caught canned salmon or Bumble Bee's Boneless Skinless Wild-Caught Salmon. ... MoreI’m a pescatarian, and boneless, skinless, wild-caught canned salmon is my core convenience food.
