Advised Appliances On Line support staff that the picture on the TV was out of focus. Tried all measures to adjust the picture, including purchasing an antenna amplifier, and re tuning the channels. Engaged the services on an antenna technician who advised that the signal strength from the antenna was 94%. He too tried adjusting the picture and re tuning the channels to no avail. Have been in touch with the support staff at Appliances on line, informing them of my problems and supplying details they requested of me, including a photograph of the screen. They informed me that they would get in touch with the manufacturers. ( which I suspect are the agents) That was a week ago and I haven't heard from them since. I had never heard of this brand of TV but after a little research I found it was one of the top brands in the world. I ordered it from appliances online and it was delivered the next day at exactly the time they stated. The TV was easy to set up and get going and the picture quality and sound is absolutely excellent far superior to anything I had seen in the past and a very long warranty on it gives me extra piece of mind. I am a senior citizen yet found this TV very easy to use and would recommend it to anyone especially when it's combined with the excellent service from Appliances Online.

I connect it through a soundbar which is quite an improvement.The TV itself is loaded with features (many hdmi ports including ARC) and USB which is great.However the biggest letdown is the Android TV operating system which runs it. It is very slow to start up/turn on the first time you use it and when you restart or turn off power. It’s also buggy in that the apps (say 10 play) need to be forced close (which is buried in the menus) to work after restart and it’s connection to the internet is flakey. I've had this QLED TV for over a month now and am really impressed with the image and audio quality. I was expecting to have to buy a soundbar but the inbuilt speakers and sound profiles offered when adjusting the volume are more than acceptable. This is the largest TV I've ever owned by a long margin, so it takes some getting used to how big everything is...but 4k content looks fantastic, so far I'm very impressed given this cost me not much over AUD$800. I bought it as a 2nd TV for our rumpus room but find myself up there watching it all the time 'coz it's so much better than our 46" in the living room!
The functions are bad, such as info details are small, can’t browse channels without changing channels, and it’s response is slow and clunky! Netflix crashes constantly and other apps such as Disney, Stan and Prime always freeze and crashes. And the sound is so poor, it sounds worse than my iPhone speaker! It’s trying to be and do more than it can be and it doesn’t deliver. It’s rubbish and I regret getting it.
The build quality is questionable. It turns on by itself randomly; and today it is experiencing some flickering. We don't even use TV that much!
Purchased in a hurry when I was sick. Screen vision is better than old TCL but sound is very poor. Also program guide is laughable print so tiny and even if have been watching same Channel for 30 minutes will come up with no names of programs on next. Also no way have yet discovered to set reminder which I like doing.Good to have the built in Chromecast which I use a lot but usually have to have a few tries to get it to work. It was a cheap price but expected better.
I love the new TV. It was relatively easy to install, even for a tech fossil like me!However, I am very disappointed in the sound quality. With some movies, I have even turned up the sound to nearly its highest and still have difficulty hearing speech, and there's nothing wrong with my hearing! Always sounds muffled!
Purchased on 19/6/22. Not even a month old and it won't turn on. No picture. No sound. Followed all trouble-shooting protocols. Waiting to see eventual outcome . Fingers crossed it's all good
I absolutely love this TV. It's a great addition to my new place. I can't remember the last time i bought a brand new TV for myself and I'm so glad I did. It's not huge but a perfect size. fits in beautiful proportions and looks good. Works a treat as well with a great picture and sound. Appliances Online you've done it again. Delivery guys was so pleasant, professional and polite
