I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I am VERY picky when it comes to fragrance. I smelled this at Epcot at the France Pavilion browsing around. I smelled it, and accidentally sprayed it onto my skin. My friend looked at me and said it smelled amazing on me. It’s a deeper earthy white floral. Smells like a 1980’s business woman in NYC carrying her newly released Birkin. It’s wonderful! They even engraved the bottle for me!

I heard about this from Sali Hughes beauty editor and had to sniff it to see if it was up my street and my god is it just! This is a very classic smell, if you like your No5 and J’adore fragrances you will like this. And that’s not to say they smell similar, but it belongs to that classic wheelhouse. It is slightly green and fresher than no5 which is very powdery, and will most likely be appreciated by those you encounter who have a more sophisticated nose. I’d definitely recommend going to smell it at boots, spray it on and see how it settles for the day because it’s an elegant fragrance that’s worth having in your scent wardrobe.

A must have for every woman

Miss Dior Eau De Toilette Originale is more than a delightfully refreshing and delicate fragrance. It evokes so many happy memories each time I spray it on. I adore wearing it, and I must say, I receive so many lovely comments from friends - as well as the surprising & charming acknowledgement from an unknown passer-by. Love it.This fragrance is a must have in every woman’s collection.

Classic perfume

Dior mistakenly thought that producing a new range of scents and giving them all the same name as a classic perfume was a good idea. It has just proved extremely confusing. The original perfume, however, is a classic ' non spicy' scent. It is classy, subtle and vaguely floral. It is appropriate for almost any event ..... except perhaps a barbecue !Highly recommended.

Good product; appalling service

I was pleased to be able to buy Miss Dior Originale, but much less happy about the following: the Dior website I first attempted to buy it from did not list it at all. I wrote to the customer service department to query this and ask if it was still available and had no reply at all. I then telephoned customer services and was told that it had been discontinued, so I had to tell my friend - for whom I buy it every year on her birthday - that it was no longer available. Since she's been using it all her life she was very disappointed. Later I tried a different Dior website and found it available, ordered it and it was delivered. So I am happy that I bought it in the end, but very unimpressed with the performance of the company.
