This nifty pan heats up fast and cooks clean. It's a busy person's dream.
This is the worst pan I have ever bought. I followed the instructions for use but whether you use a little or more oil, food sticks and burns in the pan. Eggs sunny side up? They stick, break and become messy as with salmon fillets. Even a little water won't save them. I have previously bought several Circulon pans which performed well but this Steelshield C series frypan is a massive fail. I tried to claim the warranty but was rejected! I will be binning this pan, so disappointed.
