I love This security system. It is waterproof and suitable for outdoor installation. It run off AC power so do your planning before installing the kit. Maybe at some point they will provide a solar power option. The Hub is easy to install, just plugs and play! It finds the cameras almost instantly through your WIFI network. No recording fees, just record 24-7!Display quality is extremely clear at 4K. Night vision is surprisingly sharp! Overall 5 stars!

The new technology is so cool how it can track somebody that walks into your yard and goes by several different cameras it tracks the hunt and follows the person for you you don't have to try to figure it out and see where they're at now. Also the fact that it can tell between people is amazing. The AI technology it has can tell if it's somebody from your family or if it's a stranger. That's me is amazing. You don't get a ton of alerts that you don't need to look into only the ones that are important to you

I recently purchased the eufy e330 camera, and I’m rather disappointed. The product’s quality is a far cry from what eufy showcases in their promotional videos. It’s evident that the videos they post, supposedly captured with the e330, are actually taken with a professional DSLR camera. This kind of misrepresentation is disheartening, as it undermines trust in the brand. It’s crucial for companies like eufy to provide honest and accurate representations of their products to maintain their customers’ confidence.

This is a good wired camera that pairs and works well with the Eufy Himebase 3. Setup is easy, and the camera records well.The images are clear and the camera works well during the dayti.e and nighttime. The app is easy to use.There are occasional bugs, but Eufy has great customer service. I have used other brand cameras, and I have nit found one that is perfect. The Eufy brand is as good as any I have used.

I did my research considering the many companies that sell video surveillance systems. I did not want to deal with batteries or subscriptions. The system I bought is wired and has its own memory for recording. Obviously, Eufy is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the motion sensor/immediate recording works. The software is top-notch. It is easy to use and the AI face recognition is an awesome feature.

I would have liked to see this kit come with at least a few door/window sensors, but i'm overall pretty happy with this product.The cameras have crystal clear imagery (even during the night!) and I couldn't be happier with the onboard AI's performance, which has gotten much better at identifying faces during events. Once the system recognizes a face, it gives me several options to add them as a family member or delivery person. The "download" button in the app doesn't work. There is no documentation for it in the manual or online. Chatting with support assistants is a waste of time. They refer you to "Engineering" and they never get back to you. Documentation of other features such as using a thumb drive or using the card slot on the cameras does not exist either. Leave this one alone, find a different brand.

Yet, I received zero notifications. My pickup truck occupies about 8-10% of the covered area, similar to the white van, while the UPS truck covers at least 12 to 15%. I hadn't set any privacy zones and activated Human Recognition, Human Detection, Vehicle Detection, and Pet Detection in my motion settings. Not only did I not receive notifications, but there were also no marks in the recording timeline. Ironically, to report this issue to Eufy support, I had to refer to the exact time from notifications of my 4-year-old Wyze camera, placed next to the E330 Pro camera, to screen record the events and provide it to the support.Additionally, the app lacks functionality:- I can only adjust the camera motion sensitivity if "all motions" is selected. With Human, Vehicle, Pet detection activated, sensitivity control is unavailable, presumably left to "AI decisions," which are ineffective.- Detected motions aren't highlighted in the footage, making it difficult to discern sometimes what triggered the camera.There are more issues with the app, but these two are particularly aggravating daily. I'm likely to return this "pro" set, as it fails to provide even basic functionality.
Audio is unacceptably bad. Night vision is fair and defaults to black and white. It is in the night that most crime occurs that I am concerned about and need a high quality, colored picture. 2 camera system is not 24/7 recording, even though it is on the package. You need to buy a hard drive to have full 24/7 recording.
