I have had this lock since 2020 and it is a great lock. Prior to getting this lock, I research the market's top smart locks and what drew me to this lock was the Peek-Proof feature where the numbers on the keypad cycles with each touch. This prevents other people from seeing the same numbers you press. I love that you can have multiple passcodes and you can create guests/temporary codes for emergency use such as having a friend/neighbor/family unlock if something is urgent and you are away. Fingerprint function was also a huge bonus feature for me as sometimes I'm holding stuff and cannot dig for keys in my pocket or type in the passcode. This experience alone will keep me a customer for many years to come, I've even recommended a few friend/family members to purchase Lockly too.

I have had to replace 3 locks at the same location. I ended up installing one lock at home where the inside temp is 74 year round, and never had issues. I have been using Lockly for 2 years now and for the most part I love the product. I don't have to bring keys along with me and can quickly get into my house. I have noticed two small issues though. Lockly is battery powered, and as the battery weakens, it's locking mechanism weakens with it. I have to pull the door closed or else it won't latch and make this horrible alarm noise. I do not have this issue with fresh batteries. The other issue is that I'd set up a guest code for a housekeeper when I was away for over a month. I had used the guest code feature before without problems, but this time it did not work and I could not troubleshoot from afar. I had to give her my master code which was not my preference and I had to change it.
I installed this at my brothers house in Southern California. What a good choice. I replaced an aging door lock that needed more tech. This lock fit the bill. I mainly wanted to use this for the fingerprint option, but its also nice to know that it has a code that rotates, as well as a key if all else fails. The app is great, the fingerprint opening is fast and flawless. Some of the other reviews said the finger print doesn't work great when wet, not really sure about that. Never had an issue (have 4 different fingerprints loaded), and don't lick my fingers before opening anyway. A great product, and super easy to use to get into your house....
We did so much research and looked at so many reviews and ended up buying a lockly. It is an amazing product. The fingerprint reader is what made us purchase this product; it works consistently and I'm happy to have a way for my son & father to be able to enter the house without a key or code. I also like that you can program different codes for different users. This lock was a lot more money than we wanted to spend, but it was worth it.It was very easy to install and the app is very user friendly.
If you can believe it, the touch screen is NOT built to withstand exposure to the sun! The screen failed unless than 2 years - I run an Airbnb/VRBO and my clients can't get into the house. This is unacceptable. They won't honor the warranty, and offer a 35% discount on a new lock.The wifi link hub is also a poor design and continually drops even though it is close to the door and a strong wifi router - I repeatedly have to try to reconnect the app to open the door from my phone.Finally, the hub is a crazy set up for Airbnb/VRBO as it is not incorporated not the lock and any house guest can simply turn it off or unplug it and you are out of business.I like the concept, and the app gives good flexibility when it connects, but overall it falls short on the price ...
