It's really fast and ready to use in 60 sec. It's better than an regular iron. The shirts is ready in 2-3 minutes.It's a little heavy and the cable is bothering me a little. But I'm satisfied! Really a good buy!

I got this steamer as a christmas gift but when trying it the first time, it didn't start producing steam at all (even though i followed all the instructions carefully). We returned it and got another one in exchange, but it didn't work either.

It does not release vapor. It just make noise. I have tried several times with different levels of water. It is just anoying!
