First of all, visually the watch is flawless. No detectable hairline scratches as noted in the description. The watch design is beautiful. Although loaded with functions, the detailing in the face is intriguing, not busy. The finish is quality - period. Highly recommend.

First of all, the unique design of the dial, homage to the Blue Angels team, is really well made. The dial is busy (question of taste, I like it a lot) and looks like the instruments you can find in a cockpit. But apart from the look, what seduces me the most is the technology of the watch itself. Radio controlled (so always accurate), no need of a battery (kind of the same thing I like in automatic watches), sapphire crystal, solid bracelet with solid end links... this is a serious piece. The only thing you could blame on this watch is that the inner rotating bezel is not functional because the marks are too small. It is a sharp looking watch with the nice blue dial face and bezel with yellow accents. I replaced the stainless steel wristband with a navy blue Nato-style nylon wristband and am really happy with its appearance and greater adjustability. I bought this for the slide rule function; however, the numbers are difficult read. I do like that I don't ever have to adjust the time or date and never have to buy a replacement battery. I suspect that this watch will last a lifetime.
By far one of the most comfortable watches. Extremely accurate - It's gained 3 seconds in 31 days. Im finding CITIZEN is very underrated. Unbelievable watch. Fit, feel and function. Plus, I get more compliments on the this watch than any other.
I ordered this model as a upgrade to my Citizen Blue Angel Skyhawk that my wife bought me over a decade ago. It is a great watch for dress up & everyday use. Besides, I like to keep my Naval Aviator roots and like playing with the WizWheel to compute air navigation problems.

My Citizen Blue Angels watch is an amazing bit of technology packaged in a good-looking watch. Keeps perfect time due to radio controlled signals from the US Atomic Clock. Time adjusts twice daily automatically. A power meter tells you the watch needs charging, done by simply exposing it to any light source. Perpetual calendar, waterproof to 200M and a sapphire crystal make this the perfect combination of form and function. They are relatively inexpensive and are the best bang for the buck anywhere.
I have been looking at this watch at various jewelry stores for a long time, and finally decided to purchase it. I could not have made a better choice, this watch is amazing! The features are aplenty, and it is quite stylish. I love how you just pick a city, and everything else is done, time is automatically set, date and day of week as well! I have other watches, but this one by far stands out as the best that I own, I am highly satisfied.
