This is the perfect, flattering shade for me. I bleached my hair to level 9 then dyed with this to make my hair a cooler, more natural shade & get rid of any lingering yellow undertones. It turned out great. No irritation, easy to mix & apply. The conditioner supplied is really nice. Best brand I've ever tried.
