I think this is the first Clarins product that left me disappointed. My container looks different than this and it is advertised to lighten dark spots. As a former sun worshiper I am getting dark spots on the face and hands so I wanted to see if this would help. Sadly after 30 days of use twice a day I have not seen a difference in my dark spots. The cream itself though is smooth and is a nice moisturizer with a wonderful scent. The new packaging is terrible though and is similar to a medicine dropper where you have to extract the product. I don’t like that at all. It is so awkward. I will not buy this again.

Amazing serum!!

This was my first time using Clarins products. I am quite the skincare and makeup collector, and I have many products that are my tried and true. I've been looking for a skincare product that would brighten my skin and help with dark sun spots. I got this 2 days ago, and I was blown away after the first use. Whenever I use this my skin has this brightness, almost like an inner glow. Yes it's a bit on the pricey side, but this is so worth the splurge. The dispenser is not ideal either, and takes getting used to. I will always use this serum, it is amazing. @Clarins great job on this, please don't ever change this. It's amazing!!

Bright Plus

I have a long story and journey with Clarins products. Was hard to choose the best as they work hand in hand. The bright plus boosted my skin and confidence at the same time. It absorbs in my skin within seconds. I had dark marks and dark freckles with acne scars. My sister was using clarins and I was using whatever was cheaper for me. She tried to convince me to use clarins and I told her it's way above my budget. She then gave me her sample gifts when there were promotions. I started using them and noticed a change within 2 weeks. Although I didn't look great in that time my skin felt great and well nourished. I then invested in the products 1 at a time. I now use the full range and yes it's pricy but I'm worth it.

Did I love it? YES

When I first had a facial with it at the store, I thought, ok this looks good. Then I bought it, using nearly daily. After 6 months I started to notice the face looked brighter. Then I had a facial a month ago and she commented on how bright my skin is. Now I am almost into month 9. I have certain spots that were darker than others on my face. I am putting the serum on them only. Again, working very quickly!! Also started to put it on my décolletage that I so very badly burned as a young woman. I'm sure it will work there as well.

Fading dark Marks ❤️

My life is literally changing week by week. I have (had?) 2 significant dark marks in my cheek. I struggled to cover it with both concealer and foundation. Started to use Bright Plus and my marks have significantly lightened. With a small amount of foundation the marks are not visible. My face feels so soft and I’m starting to love my skin care routine! Something I’ve not done in a long time. I also love the smell and it’s not too oily.

It works!

It works! Many years of sun exposure finally started to show, so large dark spots build up all over my face making me look like a Dalmatian. I tried clarins bright plus treatment and combined they all work. I tried chemical peel, and several other products that gave a momentary hope of improvement. However, Clarins Bright plus line of products have improve my skin condition. I’m 46 years old, have a combination skin, so sun damage, hormones, stress, pollution and an unbalance diet are the issues my skin has been dealing with. The products don’t work right away, it’s been over 6 months, but is working, my skin tone is more even and looking healthier.

Love the serum, hate the bottle.

Love the serum; hate the bottle. I will not purchase again due to the packaging. Aesthetically, it looks nice but functionally it makes no sense to me. The bottle shape is awkward, thick glass material and the doppler insert is not functional--for me. The button on top of the cap does not fill the plastic tube so I take off the cap and pour the serum into my hand. I've been using the serum for a few years and it really has improved my skin tremendously, but sadly I will look for an alternative. It's too expensive not to feel like I'm having a great experience.

Not for me

I have used multiple Clarins products that I love and will never give up. However, I used the the Bright Plus products as directed for about eight days, and they are not for me. It left my face somehow both sticky and dry. Then flaked off in sticky, white clumps through out the day. I also started breaking out on my forehead within three days. I had to return them both. I will use my store credit to get my regular products.

Bought this product yesterday looking for an actual product that may work well on dark spots. Unboxed, had no clue how to use. Went on Clarins site for directions and then started reading reviews. Thanks! I’ve been using Clarins for 30 years and never experienced such bad packaging. You don’t know what is in the bottle, dropper doesn’t work as proven by sales girl at return. Change packaging and maybe I’ll try it. Everything else I use is PHENOMENAL!

Stunning Results

I am 40, Asian (Indian) skin with some dark spots, blemishes and uneven skin tone. None of the premium products ever worked on my skin. After reading the reviews on clarins, I decided to give it a go. I took a picture before starting to use the products and took one after three weeks use, look at the difference! its amazing! I am in love with Clarins! its a genuine review left only to share my own experience (Three products I have been using, Bright plus Dark spots correcting essence, serum and emulsion)
