Clarins Extra Firming Phyto Serum 50ml

From now on, it is my favorite!First of all, it's gentle texture and smell feel rich, balanced, and almost magical. It blends into the skin and does not leave any ''after effects'' like grease or spools. Just a small is enough. Work perfectly in the morning, to prepare a face for a make up. I use in the evenings as well, when I feel a need for an extra comfort. Can use heavy creams after it in the evenings.

Clarins gifted me this to test and I am obsessed. Extra-Firming Phyto-Serum is a powerful anti-aging gel-serum that goes on lightly and smoothly, and layers beautifully under makeup. It firms with an immediate lifting effect, and after a week of use I noticed a visible reduction in fine lines. It’a a high performer, and offers a luxury user experience with gorgeous packaging and an enticing light scent. This one has earned a permanent spot in my routine. I have been using this serum for almost a week during the mornings and evenings, and I will say that I have honestly noticed a difference on my face. The claims state that you will see a more lifted face, and I have noticed a slight difference. It’s not huge, but there is a difference. However, I would say that the amount of product given in the VoxBox was pretty small (it was also difficult to push out and too much came out at times and I tried to squish it back in; a little frustrating), so a full bottle for a month’s experience would perhaps give me better insight with before and after. I’m not sure if that was a claim that it would tone your skin, but I noticed it as well as my husband who doesn’t tend to notice things like that. My makeup goes on very smoothly with this product and my skin looks better in makeup after using this serum for a week. It absorbs very quickly into the skin. I will say that if you are looking for a product that you can feel on your skin after application, like my normal serum, not in a sticky way but a hydrating way, I would say that I felt it a little lacking there. Perhaps I wasn’t using enough or perhaps that is just the way the product is. I have combination skin which leans toward drier skin here in Phoenix, Arizona, so I don’t know that it’s helpful enough with moisturizing my skin. Again, it could be that I was not using enough product due to the small amount and difficult bottles. It does not feel greasy or dewy after application, and I think that could be a good thing. I just think that I would perhaps need to change my normal moisturizer to compensate which isn’t a problem if this product turns out to be remarkably better than what I use now.Sensitive Skin: I have issues with extremely sensitive skin from many products (not just harsh ones). I get hives, red puffy skin, and pimple breakouts from products all of the time, so I try to be cautious when looking at ingredients and prefer to use quality brands (especially on my face). I haven’t had problems with the Phyto-Serum and sensitivity issues except for a small pimple that started on my chin and one beside my nose. I don’t know if the serum caused it, but they appeared during my week of using it. I still would not let two small pimples deter me from using this product though. If I had had a major reaction, I would have seen more than one or two pimples. I will just have to see how my skin reacts to further usage with the remaining product. Those two pimples are already disappearing anyway. I Usually a reaction happens immediately, so thumbs up on being sensitivity-friendly so far.I have a condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and some of the issues I deal with skin-wise are having extremely sensitive skin (breakouts/hives), having extremely fragile, velvety skin, and having very stretchy skin that scars easily. I would like a product to help my face as much as a skincare product can. I would like to use it more to see if it is helpful with elasticity, sensitivity (as described before), and moisturizing of my skin. I would love to see if this product would tighten more like it claims after one month of usage. I have noticed a slight tightening, so again, thumbs up there.Smell: I like the smell. It’s almost delicious! Maybe some people would not like the smell or find it overpowering. If you have smell sensitivities, you might want to sniff it in the store to see if it’s too strong. For me, I enjoyed the scent.Overall, I have to say not a full 5 stars because I would need more time with the product, and I do not have enough in the samples to really fully express how much of a change I can see (or not). I do believe that the product works well, and I would consider buying it in the future. I really love this foundation. Yes it is a little on the pricey side, but it is well worth it and it lasts a long time. You dont need too much to get a nice coverage, and I would consider it to be buildable coverage as well. It has a nice luminous finish I suppose dewy may be a better word than luminous. It makes you look very natural, but it still covers blemishes. My skin looks much better, and I truly believe that this foundation is responsible. It doesnt clog my pores, and I have extremely sensitive skin. I am pale, light completed with very dark hair and eyes. Thankfully Ulta has a very generous return policy, so you really have nothing to lose if you are on the fence about trying this. I highly recommend it.

I was sent this product free from Clarins and Influenster in exchange for an HONEST review...and it’s honestly not good.This product MIGHT work, but I couldn’t tell any difference in the firmness of my skin with only FOUR applications. We were sent 2 very small deluxe sample tubes. For the eye cream, that was okay (still didn’t last a month but lasted 2 weeks), but a FACE serum? I only applied in the evening to stretch it out over 4 DAYS otherwise it would’ve been gone in 2 days.I cannot understand how a company can expect honest reviews with such little product? Your website even shows results based on 28 DAYS of continued use so how are we to expect the same results in 2-4 days? Both were short 1/3 of what the packaging claimed were the content weights) I can say the Eye Balm shows the most potential. There was a slight difference in the fine lines and I did not have any issues applying makeup over the product. The facial serum shows no noticeable changes in the skin. It states that benefits of using are noticeable over time. Which is expected and typical for skin care products. Unfortunately @clarinsusa only sent me 4 ml total and that’s nowhere near what would be needed to experience the “over time” results. Noticeable Results Right Away!

I bought this recently for the first time and have used it three times thus far. I can definatwly see a tighter lift in the mouth and jowel area which is mainly what I wanted it for. I also see my cheeks and cheekbones more defined. It's doing everything it says it does and nice to not have to use it for a certain period before you see results. I definitely notice and love the results. I've been considering a mini lift but not ready to go under the knife, nor spend the money right now and this just does the trick! Only thing it says, and I know it's a serum, but that it's deeply hydrating w the hydraulaunic acid and though that might be the case, I definately feel I need to follow it up w a moisturizer. Sticky, dry, absorbs quickly into skin

I was so excited to try this new serum. I love double serum but I just don't like the way it opens my pores up on my chin. It does wonders for the rest of my face. So I was super excited to try Extra-Firming Phyto-Serum. I don't know how this product even got released. It comes out in a small amount in one pump and if you even try to use two pumps it's still sticky and the product absorbs straight into the skin leaving your skin with a slightly sticky, yet dry feel. It didn't do anything for my skin at all. I've been a Clarins fan and user for over 30 years and I never have been so disappointed.
