I received this product as a gift for my honest review.First impressions of this lipstick are very favourable. The case is modern and looks very classy. The lipstick itself looks very rich and creamy and its colour looks very pigmented. It definitely comes across as a high quality product.In use, the lipstick is very nourishing with no drag when applied. It glides on easily and gives a great colour coverage with one swipeIt’s a long lasting formula and the richness of colour stays all day, although does become a little less intense as the day progresses. The one downfall is the creaminess of the product does imprint onto cups and bottles throughout the day, however, despite this, the colour remains, although slightly less intense.

I received this as a gift for my honest opinion.As soon as I saw the packaging there was no mistaking this for anything other than a Clarins product! The characteristically simple package contains a glamorous gold and white lipstick with the Clarins name picked out in gold lettering on the white.Spicy cinnamon is a gorgeous dark reddish brown. It’s a bit darker than what I’d usually wear during the day so I tend to blot it but it’s great as it is for evening wear. It feels lovely and creamy when you put it on and keeps your lips feeling soft and moisturised for quite a while.I find it lasts quite well although if you eat or drink soon after applying it will come off. I got received a sample that contained three different colours. I surprisingly love all three shades! But I was most surprised by how comfortable this lipstick is on my lips. I love lipstick but I have extremely dry lips, and often have to switch to a gloss in the winter as other formulas have highlighted my chapped lips. But this formula smoothed the skin on my lips, while maintaining a relatively matte, not at all sticky texture. 10/10 I will be purchasing at least one, if not multiple, shades of this lipstick.

I received this product as a gift for my honest review. First impression of the lipstick is that it looks very high end, with the premium classy and classic look. I love the colour, design and patterns on the lipstick cover. It opens easily and the lipstick glides well. I have the Roli rouge colour and loves it. Very true to its colour. It’s nude enough and subtle but still noticeable in a distance. It keeps the lips moist and doesn’t crack easily. I wear it for long hours and it left very comfortable
I have been using Clarins Joli Rouge Moisturizing Long Wearing Lipstick - #755 litchi for years. I recently tried to purchase it, only to find out that it is no longer available & the formula & colours have changed. The Clarins sales rep recommended Joli Rouge Satin Lipstick - #774 Pink Blossom as a replacement. I am so disappointed with the look & feel of the new formula. It feels very dry & looks like a matte finish on the lips. I received so many compliments on the old lipstick & had many women ask me what lipstick I was wearing. I am now trying to find an alternative brand that can replace my old Clarins lipstick
I received a sample with a mini brush to apply with. It felt the colour pigments didn't saturate well enough on my lips. I'm brown girl with darjer lips so other colours didn't look good on me at all, they're almost not visible.on my skin tone. Red was also not dark enough to look good on meand look red enough on my kind of skin tone. I'd prefer a monis size in the twist up form rather then isin a brush to put on as I feel that may have effected how much pigment transferred onto my lips. It did go smoothly and lips didn't feel tacky or dry during or after application. Not worth for hiw much it costs in my opinion. May be better for other skin tones.

I received the 3 shade sample pack from Clarins and WOW! The colours that were sent were perfect for what I love to wear. They were vibrant and lasted throughout the day and evening. Some lip covers will make my lips sensitive but I didn't have that issue with any of these. The Joli Rouge Shine was my power colour. Red lips are intimidating (or so I've been told). The Joli Rouge Velvet Woodberry ... that is an everyday colour for me. I love the brown tones and brownish red tones so this is a perfect colour. The Joil Rouge Soft Berry is for those quick run out the door times. Each one is unique and they all feel fantastic on my lips as well as looking great.
Loved this sample of 3 different shades. I’ll be honest, 2 out of the 3 were not my colour so I only opted to use the plum. I loved it so much - I used the entire sample then ran out an bought it. I’ll have to admit - it is a little pricey but worth it for a few reasons, the pigment is incredible, it does not dry and it’s moisturizing, also lasts a very, very long time. I did not have to apply or touch up all day even after coffee and lunch. Absolutely fabulous product. Thanks Clarins, I win for me.
