Caused Breakouts

I received a 15 mL sample of Clarins Super Restorative Night Cream along with the Day Cream from TopBox Circle in exchange for my honest review. #trywithtopbox #freeproduct.I was concerned that the I would not be able to see results with this size of sample. However, a little bit of product goes a long way due to the richness of this cream. I did not notice much of a difference between the day and night creams. I used each cream for 2 days and nights after cleansing and sadly, had to stop using it. The fragrance is a pleasantly floral but quite strong and I noticed my allergies were worse during use. Also, I have oily/combination skin and many products tend to be too rich which clog my pores and cause breakouts. Totally puzzled by the volume in the jar

I've been using Clarins for 25 years and have had only the best results. My grump today is about something I do not understand. The paper carton looked like factory sealed, and the jar was definitely sealed. However, when I opened it, the cream collapsed with a notably big whole in the center. Is this bad luck, or is this because the box cream has been sitting on a shelf for very long time and there was some type "settling" due to the age. I am totally baffled. This is the first time for my purchase of the cream from Walmart.
