When it’s folded for stowing in the car it is compact and easy to pick up, folding it up takes a little practice. Includes small cup holder and umbrella mount (not adjustable) for handlebar. Sand bucket hook is a little frustrating. Buggy is solid and moves freely, but it is heavy compared to similar buggies. A decent brand with loads of accessories and upgrades if want/need them.

Upgraded from Model 3.5. New model is a ripper with its new features. The adjustable top mount for your bag is good. Rubber ties are better than the previous string arrangement. The top storage compartment now has the ability to secure in place to avoid it falling open and your tees and balls etc going everywhere in the boot.However, the upgrade might be a stretch for most tho as its still generally the same design. But i like it.The team at golfbox always make orders easy, and it remains the first point of call for ALL THINGS golf.

This 4.0 was a replacement for my 2.0 model purchased in 2009. Your calculations are correct, it lasted 12 years, so I was always going to purchase this brand again. The 4.0 is easier to push, perhaps because the tyres have a soft feel. A range of other changes also impress: flip-style hand brake is much easier to use and holds well even on steep slopes; love the way push button release on the front wheel; adjustable height of top bag bracket allows the car to accommodate every shape of bag. I’m not sold on the stability of the silicone bag straps. The lock mechanism seems slippery and the silicone strap on the umbrella holder is better than the old elastic, but it could do with a larger hook mechanism and also a means of securely gripping around the umbrella tube ... MoreThis 4.0 was a replacement for my 2.0 model purchased in 2009. Replaces a version 3.0 unit that I have used for about 10 years (and still going strong). Easy to use, close, repair (brake wire on the 3.0 went after 7 years, but easy to replace) and is very robust. Not particularly heavy; easy to get it out and back into the boot. Version 4.0 looks even better than the 3.0 in terms of clever design and build.
Great product, light weight for its size yet sturdy. Very smooth roll on all surfaces.Great size console, and comes with extra accessories (umbrella and drink holders).Definitely not a deal breaker but takes a few gos to get used to unfolding and folding. I am a little disappointed with the overall size of the buggy when using same. As a 73 year old, I feel it is just too big, and perhaps a smaller version should be available for us more mature older guys. It’s a bit like driving a Mack truck on the fairways. However, the folding mechanism and the fold up size is great, albeit it was difficult to master all the clips at first.
Doesn't fit my ping pioneer bag the best, as the top strap joins in the middle but the strap is supposed to go under the front pocket. This thing sits very wide, but folds up small. Great attachments that come with it like water bottle holder and umbrella holder. Lots of storage. My only dislike is the straps.
Fantastic quality and rides beautifully. Bit wide for getting around doorways when we get home, the way it folds down makes up for it. Very practical as we can easily fit 2 sets of clubs and buggies in the car. Very happy with the purchase and just had to learn the process for unfolding and folding via videos before heading out. Just need to get some accessories now.
Clicgear 4.0 speaks for itself. Went the Arctic White which looks classy. Easy to set up and pretty light. Love the size and adjustability of the buggy. Handbrak and all the essentails close at hand in the new console. Umbrella holder will come into its own when the wetter weather gets here. All made with the usual Clicgear quality. Looks great on the course with the new Callaway cart bag.
Looks great. Is super sturdy. Fold down really compact. Nice to push. Quality straps, fittings and constructionNegatives: the weight, its a bit on the heavy side but the quality of construction is the cause of this so it's not a big negative.The fold up and down is a bit weird and awkward. I think once you do it quite a few times it will be easier but it's definitely not a one handed quick pull open.
