Clif Blueberry Crisp Energy Bar
There are times when your body has high energy demands. With a mix of carbohydrates, protein and fibre, CLIF Bars supply working bodies with the extra energy and nutrients they need for extended periods of activity. Wholesome and nutrient-dense, CLIF Bars are formulated to steadily increase blood sugar levels without creating a precipitous “sugar crash.” CLIF Bars help people who respect their bodies and the planet to push farther with sustained energy when normal intakes are not enough. What is CLIF Bar? CLIF Bar is the original energy bar in the United States that delivers an optimal blend of nutrition for sustained energy for times when your normal intake of energy and nutrients may not be enough. When should you eat CLIF Bars? For best results, CLIF Bars should be eaten about one to three hours before activity along with water to prevent hunger and supply energy to working muscles. During prolonged, lower intensity activity such as hiking or bike touring, CLIF Bars can be eaten during the activity to help satiate hunger and meet carbohydrate demands. CLIF Bars can also be eaten after exercise, as a snack between meals or during a long, busy day to help supplement energy and nutrients as required.

I find the bars to be a great snack or a breakfast before a morning ride. Not super sweet, so no stomach aggravation. I find them to be filling for the approximately 250 calories that they are. They are moist enough to get them "down" on a ride with some water. Overall, I have enjoyed Clif bars for years.

I've eaten Clif Bars for years and I have never gotten tired of them. I don't even really change up flavors -- 95% of them are Peanut Butter Banana w/ Dark Chocolate. Great for hiking, long runs, bike rides, and everyday recovery snacking. I wouldn't eat them in a race because they are harder to get down that gels and chews, but that is the only limit.

I used to eat Clif bars back in the day (early 2010s) as a main cycling nutrition. They were good but sometimes a chore to eat, especially when tired.I started back up with them at the start of pandemic and they have drastically improved. Softer texture, more consistent bites are the main improvements.I particularly like the Mint Chocolate with caffeine and the blueberry almond. I’ve mainly switched to running now and these are really good for pre-run breakfast or just changing it up from gels and waffles.

I love Clif bars. They’re great for an energy kick when hiking or even to start the day. Crunchy peanut butter is my favorite; however, Brownie bars are a close second. It just depends on the heaviness of the texture you’re wanting at that time. This order, I also tried Oatmeal Raisin Walnut. They are very good; however, they won’t replace my top two. Highly recommend Clif protein bars in whatever flavor you would prefer. They do give you a kick of energy and help you get your day, or hike, going strong!
I used to use these for distance road riding events and any distance training of over 30 miles and always loved how well they worked. Recently due to a shoulder injury, I haven't ridden as much. However, I work as a physical skills trainer and often I travel up to two hours each way as well as doing a 9-4 shift. Apart from driving and a few breaks, I'm on my feet and moving the entire time. I can burn through quite a lot of calories. These handy little bars are quick to eat, digest and keep me going like you wouldn't believe. I often have one with a banana and apple for breakfast if I have an early start and need to be on my game and another as an afternoon snack. They don't sit heavy on the stomach so I can have one and 40 minutes later, when wrestling with two big guys and I don't feel like I'm going to be sick.Great taste from all the flavours, although my favourite is the peanut butter, I also adore the white chocolate and macadamia nut ones.
I often will eat one of these when I need a quick power breakfast. They have just enough blueberry taste to satisfy my craving for a muffin, and are just as filling, but don't pack nearly the same number of calories (which is a good thing). I pair one of these bars with a cold glass of water, and it's the perfect combination to get me going in the morning. I'm also happy the bar doesn't contain any caffeine. They always arrive fresh, too, with the expiration dates several months away. I've tried some of the less expensive energy bars, but always return to Clif for their taste and quality.
Way overpriced and always out of stock.Food grade is sub par. When your commitment is to your shareholders and not the consumer, it shows. Shame on your shotty inflationary practices and price gouging. You can get way better products online through superfood companies that don't play these games for about the same price and even less if subscribe to auto ship. This is now just another corporate product for profit and greed - NOT CARING ABOUT THE CONSUMER
I have had this Clif Bar variety in recent years and it was quite good. I bought a handful of them from The Feed this year and I have to say, this product from Clif Bar supports my feeling that Clif has declined significantly in quality over the past few years. When I opened the first one, I was taken aback at the bar presenting as just a plain burnt orange blob of processed oats. I remember this bar having an icing on it in the past so I thought maybe I just received a one-off bad-product bar. Well, turned out that every bar I received was the same bland experience. I'm disappointed that a Clif Bar that I used to look forward to each fall is now not even worth giving a second thought.
I PURCHASED 5 DIFFERENT BOXES OF TWELVE AND THE BAG WITH MULTIPLE FLAVORS IN IT. Love them all... I eat one every morning with my yogurt. Keeps me full until dinner time and I don't need any snacks before bedtime. My favorites are Chocolate Mint and the pumpkin spice. Then Chocolate Brownies, followed by Chocolate Chip.....I LOVE MY CLIF BARS>I really loved the Duo's that you don't seem to have any longer. Hope you get them again in the near future.
I have been a lifelong fan of clif bars for the extended energy they provide via healthy carbs and protein. They are great to throw in my backpack for a pick-me-up snack at work or to have right after a good run. I will not buy them anywhere except the Feed because their prices and quality is unbeatable! If you're looking for good-for-you, hearty, affordable protein bars--Clif bars at The Feed are your solution!
