Personally, I don't love or hate this fragrance. I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase myself, but I'd be happy and grateful if received as a gift or something. The fragrance isn't overbearing, which is nice but not very long lasting. Its overall a simple perfume with a fragrance that'd probably compliment most people. I only had sample size, but had I owned a full size product, I'd probably wear it mainly for average everyday/work day use. Lol

I love the original Clinique Happy perfume so I thought I would also love this as much. I bought this blindly after reading reviews about it. Unfortunately, the small Clinique stall that I went to didn’t have a tester for this particular perfume. Big mistake- still bought it. It smells very crisp, fresh floral to me, but very soapy- like I just put laundry powder detergent on my entire body. It’s so overpowering it irritated my nostrils and it gave me a headache. I tried it on again but only used 2 sprays, same thing, too much for my nose. I eventually had to get rid of it. The only plus is that this lasted so long, so much longer than I ever want to lol. I know the reviews are mostly positive on this one, it sadly just didn’t work on me.

This perfume is perfect to capture the essence of spring and summer, with its floral and citrus undertones. Opens with a sparkly citrusy scent, and is backed with its undertones of white wood and sandalwood. Has a more youthful approach to the scent, I had read a previous review where it was compared to bath and body works cucumber melon, that statement is slightly agreeable. This scent is on the more affordable side of the bracket of costly perfumes and fragrances. Has moderate to lasting length of smell to the fragrance, has an overall refreshing scent. This perfume would not be suitable for those with a dislike of fresh or aquatic scents. This however was not the scent for me, but this does not mean that this is not the scent for you!

Feminine, soft, and fresh

I wore the original Clinique Happy fragrance back in the early to mid-nineties and haven't really worn perfume much in the past decade, but I remember enjoying the fragrance and feeling feminine and flirty when wearing it. I decided to give Happy Heart a try since I read that it has notes of Sandalwood, which I thought might give this light-hearted perfume a little bit of depth. I love it. It's still an extremely feminine and romantic fragrance, definitely sweet, but it also has a freshness that for me keeps it from being cloyingly sweet. My teenage girls both love it as does my husband.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PERFUME!!!

It's unfortunate that the price has increased for this perfume but I will continue to buy it because it is my absolute favorite for Spring and Summer. Yes, I love many perfumes but honestly, I get more compliments when I wear this perfume than any other. It's just so fresh and young and vibrant. It just makes me happy to wear it! Clinique, would you please consider making a body lotion to go with this?

This fragrance is so wonderful. I have been stopped by many people over the years who ask what fragrance I'm wearing. Not only is it perfect, but how can you not like the name, Happy Heart?My granddaughter always asks for a tissue with Happy Heart on it when she leaves our house. She wants to know that Nana is nearby. (LOVE THAT!!)I would also love to have the shower gel and lotion come back again. PLEASE!!!!

Clinique Happy Heart is HANDS DOWN the absolute BEST perfume I have EVER smelled!! I get compliments literally every single day. I've been stopped by random people in stores, and my coworkers say they can always tell where I've been in the building because they can smell me & it smells amazingly delicious. I can't even describe the smell but will try... it is a lottle floral, a tiny hint of fruity, and a WHOLE LOT of sexy!!! It is just amazing and a must try!
