Clinique High Impact Waterproof Mascara - Black-Brown

Quality product. Applicator slim line and perfect application. No clumping. Black brown color but would prefer a little more brown so not as stark on mature skin. Long wearing and Very comfortable to wear. Definitely hypoallergenic. Eyes not irrititated. Worth paying that little bit more for a product I can use and appreciate and not throw it straight in the bin.

I bought this on a whim after reading some reviews. I have tried almost every mascara on the market and this is by far the best one for staying put and not smudging. Before I used this I always ended up with the dark circles of panda eyes but with this mascara I can wear it all day without having to touch up under my eyes and wipe away the panda circles. It is amazing and won't bother with all the other mascaras now. I think this is potentially the most underrated mascara, and did I mention it is also excellent value for money!! Love it and can't recommend it enough.

I gave it a 4 because it does not give me as much volume as I would’ve hoped without a few coats. I used to use “Better then Sex” mascara but it simply leaves too much residue under the eye throughout the day to the point where I have to keep wiping away the black raccoon under eye. This Clinique waterproof mascara is actually waterproof as I have worn it submerged under water many times and it lasts without the black residue under your eye for all day wear. My lashes are naturally long as it is, so it works for me. Someone with shorter lashes might not like the lack of volume. However, it does not clump and gives each individual lash it’s own shine.
