Clinique Pop Plush Creamy Lip Gloss Black Honey Pop

I received this Clinique Pop Plush in Black Honey for free from Influenster and Clinique in exchange for my honest review. Though incentivized, my opinion is entirely my own. This gloss looks intimidatingly dark in the tube, but much like the classic Black Honey color, it is a beautiful and wearable tint on the lips. The applicator is a unique small hourglass shape, it can be used to sort of “hug” the lip during application but I find it on the small side for my preference. The small size applicator does encourage you to use less product, however, which I think this product looks and feels best on my lips in a thin layer. I found it to have average wear time that did require reapplication during the day especially after meals. Once it wears off, my lips still have some lasting moisture from the product. I enjoyed this gloss on its own and over other lipstick colors. The tint is universally flattering to wear alone yet sheer enough to let a lipstick color shine through underneath. I do not sense any added fragrance or foul taste, which I am greatly appreciative of. So many high end lip products add fragrance which is unpleasant if you accidentally lick your lips, therefore I am thankful this one does not. I would recommend this gloss, it is a beautiful and unique wearable tint on the lips, a truly classic shade in a new comfortable formula!

The Clinique Pop Plush lip gloss may have appeared slightly different in color on all of us,but overall it was flattering on everyone. The applicator tip is different, but applies nicely.The gloss is not overly sticky. It does leave your lips feeling hydrated. The addition of hyaluronic acid is an added bonus helping to lock in moisture. If you are looking for this lip gloss to last all day, then you will be disappointed. Like many other lip glosses you will need to reapply often. When I applied the lip gloss it only seemed to last about an hour and that was without eating or drinking anything. For those of us that like a lip gloss this won't bother you. If you want color, gloss with the added bonus of extra hydration then you should be rather pleased with this viral Tik Tok Clinique Pop Plush Lip Gloss Black Honey choice. Alright but not amazing

I have this in the shade Black Honey. It's a popular and universally flattering shade, but I found that in this case the gloss formula itself feel short.The applicator is quite small so doesn't give an even dispersion of the gloss, leading to a patchy look, particularly for darker shades such as Black Honey.The gloss formula is moderately sticky and so is not hugely enjoyable to wear. It is also not as shiny as I would hope.Overall, this is not a bad gloss, but a bit disappointing for the price point. If you like Black Honey, I'd recommend using the Clinique Almost Lipstick instead.

Black Honey shade surprised me

I was pleasantly surprised that the shade works really well even for me. Clinique claims the shade flatters every skin tone and looks slightly different on everyone and that seems to be true. On me, the shade is an unusual berry/red/pink that is surprisingly complementary. It goes on evenly, has a nice shine & is hydrating. I'm in love

I just love this. I already love the almost lipstick in black honey. When I saw there is a lip gloss in that color too, I had to look it up first before buying. It hydrates as well as customize the color to you. I wish I had something like this during the winter when my lips were drying out. I can throw out the chapstick. I got one in the black honey and I'm in love. 😍 Because I'm bi-racial, I can apply a little more. The color is just beautiful. It's just for me. Now that it's spring and with summer coming, I will apply it and then put on my sunglasses to look real good.

Moist Lip Gloss

I bought two different shades of this lip gloss, Brulee Pop and Black Honey Pop. The Brulee Pop is a neutral shade of mauve and the Black Honey Pop which appears in the tube to be almost black in shade, turned out to be a Pop lip gloss in a nice watermelon shade. Both shades were very flattering on the lips. What I like the most about Clinique Pop lip gloss is it does not dry out my lips and leaves my lips moist. It also has a blue tone in it that makes your teeth appear white and not yellow has other shades of lipstick can. I am thoroughly satisfied with Clinique's lip glosses as compared to other lip glosses. You cannot go wrong with it.

I bought this in the shade black honey for my mom for mother's day because I saw online that this shade was "universally flattering" and I can testify that it is, but maybe more flattering on some than on others.It looked beautiful on my mother. She decided she didn't want it super dark so she applied less layers for a more sheer look. I like that it is buildable and that you can control how saturated the color is. Please note that my mom's lips are very smooth and even colored.When I tried on the gloss, it looked pretty but I felt that it emphasized the uneven coloring of my lips. My lips are very dry and this gloss almost seemed to make it worse.I also can't say I loved the applicator the gloss came with. Yes to the black honey

I absolutely loved the black honey in the almost lipstick so much that I got it in the gloss too. The packaging is very night quality and sleek. The color is exactly the same even in a different formula. It doesn't give the skinniest gold but it is definitely shiny and thick, but not too thick. The only complaint that I have is that the application needs to be in the center of the lips then patter around with your lips since it does leave streaks from uneven application, especially on the cupids bow the product will leave a line and its not cute. but once the application is even and not too gloopy the color is fantastic and doesn't try out your lips. super fun and cute.

Love the colour - a brown with a hint of plum situation. The colour concentration can be varied according to how much product you put on - a natural glossy sheer look to a full on Bratz doll lip. Love the texture, it’s thick and feels good on the lips. Fun! A Little tackiness is to be expected with it being a lip gloss. Didn’t notice a fragrance if it’s a deciding factor for some of y’all. Packaging is basic but feels hefty. Overall I do enjoy it and of course will reach out for it. However like many reviews mentioned, I wish it lasted longer on my lips. One pat on the lips with a tissue was literally all it took to remove 99% of the product.
