Wonderful! Gets me up & I am immediately wide awake. Also the volume seems perfect - loud enough to wake me up, but not loud enough to scare me. I think the noise and lights get me up, but it's the chasing it around to turn it off that really gets me awake. It's movement is unpredictable and cute. I love my Clocky!

I usually hit the snooze button for 2 hours. I have ALWAYS had a hard time waking up... ever since I was little! I have tried putting my alarm clock on a chair, having a loud buzzing alarm instead of the radio, keeping the curtains open so the sun comes in and NOTHING worked.... Until Now! I saw Clocky in some random catalog and I was like I am totally going to buy that. BEST MONEY SPENT! I set it for 6:30, snooze for 5 minutes and then I am up and about! It kind of scares you so you don't want to fall back asleep! I have time to workout, make my lunch, and hang out with my dog before work every day. I am there early and I am actually able to leave on time and not stay at work so late. It has changed my whole day! I actually feel GOOD all day! This is the best and worst purchase I have ever made. Highly recommend if you have multiple alarms and are late everyday. The sheer terror of this clock jumping off my desk, at full volume, screaming like R2-D2 has greatly improved my tardiness. May cause heart palpitations.
Clocky is a great alarm clock for people with sleep disorders like me. My narcolepsy makes getting out of bed difficult but w clocky I at least wake up and can attempt to stay out of bed... if I have the motivation that morning lol. I think for the average person w sleep issues it could be great but my sleepiness seems to overpower my desire to turn it off most days. That's not a fault on clocky though! I did have some issues with getting it to work after about only a month but when I finally messaged customer service about it they were quick to respond and detailed in their help.As for using the product itself it's pretty self explanatory but can be a little confusing with adjusting certain settings i.e. snooze. (FYI Sidenote: my Clocky takes about a 3-foot drop from a dresser next to my bed onto a carpeted floor)the caveat here is that obviously everyone's sleep patterns/behaviors are different... If it helps, here's my personal "sleep background:" i typically leave the house by 7:00-7:30a M-F for work...i have ALWAYS had a hard gime getting up in the a.m. & also have a sleeping disorder which exascerbates things..i have tried many different methods over the years (some technical, some traditional) to try & help me get up on time...i even bought (& later returned) the $175 SleepTracker Pro watch, but it did not help me (it was quiet, i was still tired when i woke up, and it was way too easy to turn the thing off and go right back to sleep).another good thing about Clocky is that you can only snooze once....that's another part of my problem: i always snooze...as i describe it: the nightime "me" says "i'll allow myself to snooze once--and only once--in the a.m."...however, the morning "me" throws that right out the window without remorse and snoozes repeatedly-- on at least one occasion, i snoozed repeatedly for 2+ hours...realize that all of the opinions i've offered above stem from one use thusfar...today was my first morning waking up with Clocky...however, i have to say i'm surprisingly optimistic about "him" helping me with my recurring problem. i actually forgot to re-enable the snooze function last night, so i was extra confused this morning, but tomorrow i will begin my first real "standard" usage of it... if my opinion of Clocky later depreciates upon further useage, i will update this review accordingly. hope this helps.

I’ve been following this item since it was a prototype. I was super excited to buy one and I can say that it works exactly as advertised. I have carpet and it seems to be OK rolling off the nightstand. I do see a lot of people talking about hardwood floors and that would be something to keep in mind. The only thing that I would change about it is that you can’t change the alarm tone and it seems to bother my dog. I would also appreciate it if you were a little bit louder, but I’m hard of hearing so that probably doesn’t affect most people.
I love this product. I’ve been following it since the idea came about and was excited to purchase. It does indeed do what it says. It rolls off of whatever you have it on if you push the snooze button. You then have to go find it. I think the only thing that I would change is that it doesn’t allow you to change the alarm sound and the current one seems to bother my dog a lot. Other than that, it is absolutely wonderful. It actually wakes me up most of the time.
