It really is the best straightener I have ever owned. I have really thick, curly/frizzy and long polynesian hair what takes me an hour a half usually has only taken me 30minutes. I can also curl my hair with this too. Amazing product. The literal BEST IN THE GAME

I have past bum length thick hair (curly/ frizzy) and it has halved the time it usually takes to straighten my hair compared to another well known brand wide iron. It also gives you at after salon shine. The only fault I’ve managed to find after multiple uses is that it’s a bit tricky to get those baby hairs pin straight, but that’s expected with any wide iron. It is definitely a recommended purchase for me.

I got this straightener as a gift. I absolutely love it and feel very spoilt! However, I do prefer to give my hair a curl with the straightener and it’s quite difficult with the wide iron. Not impossible though, so it could just be a learning curve. The tool straightens extremely well and in almost half the time of my old popular branded straightener. If you have the money, I would say a Cloud Nine is worth the splurge! 💖 x

This straightener is a serious game changer!! I love it! Straightens long thick hair as easy as possible. Doesn’t pull. Goes up to a high heat setting which I like! Definitely worth the money!
I loved the straightener at first made my thick, curly long hair silky straight however hitting the 8 month mark Now and this is no where near as good as it was in the first 2 months of purchase. I’ve owned many different brands of hair straighteners over the years and this one is just not it. The fact it isn’t heating up as good as it did just 8 months ago is not a good sign. Disappointed due to the price.
