Clover Bias Tape Maker 6mm 1/4in

I didn't realize how gigantic 2 inches was for making folded bias tape. This device makes quick work of folding the fabric strips which are then ironed. The size of strips to be precut is 2X the width of the device. So, my 2 inch bias tape maker requires fabric strips to be cut 4 inches wide before inserting into the bias tape maker. It was really fun to experiment with. I will be buying other sizes in the future. Quality is the word to describe the Kimonomomo Etsy Shop. Clover has the best bias tape maker. I like how it feeds easily and also has a slot for appliqué tapes. The instructions are easy to follow and it makes great bias tape for both crafts and clothes.

Bias Tape Maker

I like the Clover Bias Tape Maker. It makes it much easier to make the bias tape. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it made the tape come together just a tiny bit more in the center on the underside. It may be that I have not used it enough yet to get better results. It is a very good product.

I like that there is a Bias Tape Maker at all but this one makes creases down the middle. Probably user error. Will continue to use happily.

Great tool for making strips

This well built tool does exactly what it should flawlessy. The Clover brand lives up to its reputation. Wish I could buy a whole set of them. I am using it to make ties for masks.

Handy Applique Device

This little bias tape maker makes a difficult task easy as pie!! I’m making a quilt with colorful flowers, and I can easily make stems with this handy device. It comes in different sizes and I may purchase some larger ones in the future.

I finally got around to buying this tool

Have no idea why, but I have made my own bias tape for decades. After watching several videos where quilters were using this tool, I finally relented and bought one.Great addition to my quilting 'toolbox'.

Tape Sizes are Misleading

The product works well but the name is misleading. It is for a 1/2" bias tape but that is a flat measurement before being applied. It actually makes a 1/4" tape. I purchased a entire set from Amazon for $12 using points & with Prime shipping it was FREE. I can now make the 1/2" tape I wantedDescriptions need clarification or some dimensional info.
